I picked up a package and the attendant made fun of my surname and said he didn’t care at all how I signed. Maybe only have people serve customers if they have at least some social skills. When you try to find the :- Australia Post at Enterprise St, Caloundra West QLD 4551, it does not appear, even when you click on the “Parcel pickup” option.

I went in to lodge my passport last week. I needed new photos. Sylvia was immensely helpful and, together with her colleagues, they moved me around the PO to get the correct light for the best pic. It was quite funny and took along time but Sylvia was very kind and very patient. I’m pleased to say I’ve rec’d notification that my passport is ready after only a week. Thank you to the team. Always a good experience.
I went in there this morning to lodge my sons passport application. I had printed off the application from the internet. The first lady told me it couldn’t be processed due to 2 small arrows not printed at the bottom of the page. Ok so off I go and get it reprinted. The next lady then tells me the photos we had taken at another Australia Post outlet were “scratched” – despite having never been taken out of the folder since we had them done. She said all photos were unusable. When I started to tell her they had never come out of the folder she raised her voice. Her customer service was appalling and she was downright rude. I have had many other people tell me about similar experiences in this place. I will never step foot in there again.
I have been going to this post office for years and have never had a problem, service at the counter excellent. I do pick up alot parcels at the pick up area early and staff are amazing. Parcels that have been delivered have been undamaged and left in a safe place all team that work in this area are amazing. I would like to wish all team members of this post office a very merry Christmas and a safe New year.
Rude and unhelpful staff. Out of the 4-5 times I have visited almost every time I have been served by rude staff members who roll their eyes or talk down to their customers. They would rather inconvenience their customers than spend 5 mins creating a postage label. I ended up taking my parcels and driving to another post office. I will be avoiding this PO as much as I can.
I went to Caloundra post this afternoon to print some postage labels as the buyer had paid for postage. The postage lady viewed the label and scanned the barcode. After she scanned, she explained that she is unable to print the postage label due to confidentiality reasons ,and asked me to go to the local hairdresser to get it printed. How is this confidential?
Also, I realised I couldn’t access the postage labels again to print as she has activated the tracking number when scanning, therefore it was marked as sent on my system. I tried to explain this to them, but they wouldn’t accept it and made me pay for the postage, even though they had made the mistake. They even asked me to try get a refund from the buyer which is not fair on them either!!
A simple apology would have have been appreciated. Very poor service. I will avoid from now on.
