Easy online ticket purchase, very reasonable prices and booking times. Free convenient parking. We enjoyed the layout of the trail. The best day to visit is a sunny day during winter as most of the animals are outside. The zoo is well equipped to manage massive crowds. Less bustling on weekdays. Great logical flow through the exhibits. Plenty of rest areas and washrooms throughout. Completely pram accessible and easy to navigate. Food carts were also positioned well. The cafe has great food choices, something for everyone. Great visibility of the animals without feeling too intrusive. Animals seem to be well taken care of. Animals were active so we got to see nearly all the different species. Staff were fantastic and the info talks were great. Little one really enjoyed the animals and it’s a nice long walk in the zoo. Highly recommend visiting this zoo.

It’s better to book your ticket online for a 10aud off and quick entry. It has convenient free parking. The Zoo is well managed and equipped. Easy trail flow. Heaps of rest areas and cafes around with plenty of great food to choose from. There are also rides for kids to enjoy. We had fun seeing all the lovely animals and long walks in the zoo. Staff are so nice and friendly. I highly recommend visiting this zoo.

This is a nice zoo, well laid out and overall a good family experience. Even with a full parking lot it wasn’t too crowded…for a weekend in July.

If you’re expecting a menagerie of amazing animals, I recommend the Australian Reptile Park or even Symbios; there are the basic big animals you expect to find at a zoo but that’s about it. The rides are fun but again, pretty basic considering the size of the zoo and ticket price.

Speaking of prices, if you think you’ll be back more than one time in a year the annual pass is slightly more expensive than a one-time visit.

Very nice zoo! Loved the zoo keepers interacting and providing detailed interesting information on the animals. Staffing seemed short, and a lot was closed. That’s the only thing that kept this from being a 5-star experience.

It was our first experience in zoo in Sydney. We had fun. On an average it’s good place to spend a day with kids. Positive – good collection of animals and lots of activities to do for kids. U can definitely spend all day here. Negative – the most important one for me was that bathroom were in dire condition. Lots of them dint had any tissue paper. The floors were dirty Second was even after spending good amount of money on tickets the internal attractions like Farris wheel or snow glob activities were all paid. I found that little expensive.

Buy overall I happy with it.

Bought Combo tickets for $75 to visit 3 attractions. The Indoor Zoo is small. It’s ok for me, as I just want to meet the koala. Lucky for us, 2 of them are active and awake. Koala sleeps almost 16 to 20 hrs a day, so meeting these 2 koala made my visit worthwhile since I came all the way from Singapore. The koala enclosure is in the refreshment area. I spent 1/2hr drinking coffee and watched their playfulness. Love it.

The kangaroos were so cute and friendly, glad I went a little earlier cos there weren’t too many people. Relatively small zoo but very informative on the animals and well designed.

Great experience. Get a combined ticket with the Wild Life so you’ll have a day filled with animals. Also – koalas! And kangaroos, echidnas, platypus (hard to see but she was there), and other animals native to the continent.

This was hands down my best zoo visit ever. The keepers were highly knowledgeable, and they had great audience interaction. I want to especially thank Teagan, Emily, and the guy at the koala enclosure for answering my many curious questions! You made my visit extra special. I had an absolutely amazing time.

The souvenir store for the Wildlife Sydney Zoo. it has many different items, including dolls, keychain, magnets, toys, stickers, and stationeries, along with many other Marvel’s toys for some reason. I ended up buying some pop dolls even though that was the last place I expected to find anything I wanted.
