  just wanted to take a moment to give you guys a big compliment – you’re doing an absolutely amazing job! I had the pleasure of dining at MUMU on Wednesday night, and it was simply fantastic. I was only in Sydney for one night, and luckily I had made a reservation. The food and service were both magnificent. The staff is incredibly well-trained, and the chefs are not only skilled but also exceptionally clean. I absolutely loved my experience, and I will definitely be back in the future. Keep up the fantastic work!

  The atmosphere had a cool and busy vibe, even on a Monday night! We sat at the high bench and had a great view of the kitchen.

  Chose the ‘Feed me’ option where you get lots of variety. Everything was delicious but the lamb chops were the standout cooked over hot coals.

  Comparable place to Chin Chin’s in Melbourne.

  Service was great and incredibly quick. Do visit if you’re in Sydney.

  Honestly the tastes of the food was pretty good. But the prices of the dishes are just simply ridiculous!

  I spent $120 on just 2 main dishes and one entree. It was $50 for 4 pieces of lamb cutlets and the entree which was $9 for a piece!

  These prices are astronomically high for no reason. And add on top of that $12 for distill water and 10% surcharge for Sunday and 1.5% for credit card fees….

  Oh, and by the way if you have a group booking for more than 8 people they will charge you an additional 10% for no reason. It’s written in their sneaky fine print…

  For the cost of $60/person, I should’ve really just went to somewhere else for fine dining instead. Do not recommend unless you’re well off and can afford it.

  Only thing holding it back for me was the atmosphere. It feels.. chaotic. I know it’s causal, but for those prices we thought it might be a little more polished I guess. I mean, you’re going for the food at the end of the day, let’s get real… and it was great. I’d definitely go again. Probably in a big group, not for a date ? Ha.

  Great spot for a group booking. One of our table needed mild chilli options and one of the staff advised us on this only to have most options a bit too spicy. However, I loved the food. We over ordered and I left stuffed full of food. It felt a bit pricey for the style of food but the atmosphere was lively and fun!
