  Had credit card issues for the 2nd time. They where too busy for us to wait so we asked if they could help us out by calling another branch they recommended to see if it was less busy as we are on holiday. Asian lady was so rude and dismissive which was a huge disappointment. We had to walk around to find a less busy place and a quick call could have helped.

  After being a loyal Woolies customer of 4 years I was very disappointed thanks to the appalling and disgraceful customer service I received from Mary – Store Manager at Melbourne Central. Yes it was pre Halloween and the end or a crappy day but it is rude to bully and abuse a paying customer. We all have bad days I just lost my Fiancé to suicide, what’s your excuse you and your little disciple. And proof that as you said people like me were the issue if I really was the issue you would have refused to serve me. simple. commendation to Beny & William they are a true asset to their team and unfortunately prove why women are hard to deal with in the workplace. Thank you Mr. SE for meeting with me I hope this matter will be dealt with accordingly and disciplinary action carries out as well as Commendations for Beny, William& Cary from BWS thank you Guys! Great Team!
