2 months agoBeautiful place with stunning views from top. Walkways are too good with lot of lookout points. Very well maintained. Physically challenged or people with limited mobility are allowed to drive to the summit. Only issue is less parking space. But other than that everything is just too good. They can consider adding more options for food.a month agoWe had a bit of trouble finding the place to park. We managed to park in some residential areas and walk up some steep stairs towards the mountain. After the stairs, it’s a rather steep walk-up slope to the top. The view is spectacular, and we can see the sky tower and one tree hill from the top. It’s worth making a visit if you like walking and hiking. Lots of local run up the top, and we saw some cyclist ride all the way up.a week agoGreat spot to get a 365 view. You can drive most of the way up and then a short walk to the crater. Better views of Auckland than paying for the skytower and 100% free.2 months agoJust a great little walk, which ends with a great view of Auckland, which looks a lot better from a height. You can see the distance landscape and all iconic buildings. The crater itself is really cool to see. The use of the odd drone I could have done withouta week agoBeautiful spot to chill alone or with friends. The walk is very refreshing and love the views of Auckland from here

An absolutely stunning park that possesses rugged hillside, tranquil orchids, active farmland, manicured gardens and a wonderful 360 degree view of the city. Lovely to visit all year round but particularly during spring and autumn.
Needs multiple visits to be properly explored in full!
A great place to go with the dog, but just be aware that some areas are off limits to dogs during certain times of years.
A very tranquil park that winds in amongst sheep and cattle paddocks, including the ability to enter the sheep paddock and get close to them. Very green. Paved sidewalks and road for easy walking access. Nice for an afternoon stroll.
An extremely elegent park where you can enjoy the spring under cherry blossom. You can find different species of trees over there. In fact, more than 100 years old trees.
This park is a peaceful vast area where you can enjoy, jogging ?♂️, spending time with your friends and family and even alone in the heart of the busy Auckland city.
This park has it ALL: beautiful flora, magnificent views, hidden spots to relax, undisturbed wildlife, peacefulness, picnic areas, cafés to enjoy meals/drinks, plenty of parking, flat or hilly walking terrains.
