Probably one of the best supermarket you can get in POM in terms of space and cleanness. Security guards are always visible in the car park and the supermarket itself. You could get a variety of imported food and supplies but also at a cost.

I love going here during sunset. The place has a wide variety of offerings aside from supermarket. Have your coffee, lunch, shop some outfits and get groomed. When inside the supermarket, you’ll love the fresh finds. But what keeps me stuck inside are the donuts!!! They all taste delicious!!!

For expats – consider this your Coles/Woolies/IGA. Lots of Australian and New Zealand brands with a decent selection. Probably the best place to find dairy options in POM. Waterfront even some options for those with intolerances but best stock up before you get here. Huge quality range of fresh meats (PNG beef is really good) and seafood (fresh sashimi tuna! – seasonal) . Sometimes there will be shortages of one thing or another but they’ve been really good recently. Definitely can satisfy the passionate home cook!

  1. If you like average shopping malls in lawless metropolises, this is the place for you. Once you pass the metal detector at the door you can buy everything from a cappuccino to a bullet proof vest. There’s absolutely no vegetarian food and a surprising absence of pickpockets. I imagine those caught are summarily executed. Would go back again.

  2. Local mid-market mall (or up-market locally speaking) next to The Stanley hotel with a direct connection accessible by hotel guests only. Mall itself looks fairly new and / or recently updated. The mall has two levels with parking, there are quite a number of restaurants, mostly asian style cuisine or Chinese, to be specific. There is a pharmacy and hypermarket along with a number of stores that cater mostly to well to do locals and expats as well as tourists like myself.

  3. I recently visited the mall, and it was a delightful experience! The wide variety of stores catered to all my shopping needs, and the vibrant atmosphere made the outing enjoyable. The food court had a diverse selection, and the overall cleanliness and layout of the mall added to the positive experience. Definitely, a go-to destination for a day of shopping and entertainment!
