10 months agoFell in love with Devonport library from the first sight. It’s really beautiful, well maintained, and situated near the top hang out spots. It’s kinda like an oasis amid the bustling town.Book collection is quite good, and they have plenty cozy chairs to read with beautiful view.
3 months agoGreat location, filtered water available, toilet is clean and spacious study area in this library. Love it.4 months agoLove this library! Plenty of reading nooks with an amazing view of some gigantic trees outside.a month agoClean, quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Range of books is large enough. But the best part of the Devonport library is the comfortable modern feel in the building and the various spaces to read or study.2 weeks agoDon’t take your kids here. The children’s section is pushed hard to the left. Sexual idealogy posters on the walls. Majority of books faced out are woke agenda… I honestly struggled to find books that I want my kids to read. We could not stay long at this library. Disgusting.

Absolutely love this library! It’s spacious, plenty of seats, has free WiFi, friendly staff, makers space, history, and even a zine corner. Definitely worth a visit!
They have a portrait on the 2nd floor of bollywood stars Salman & Sonakshi, but named her Preity for some reason, I corrected them. ?
But there are some good books here, but it is super busy, so you might not find a spot in the weekend.
I really like this library it is huge.
This is good place for study or read a book! Quiet and clean 🙂
Love this library, nice place to come and study and just have some quiet time to yourself. Friendly staff as well. Fantastic place for students to relax as well. However, the only problem is that sometimes some questionable things to do happen outside..lol
This library is a good place to read a book, and it has good selection of books. The ppl working there are super nice, the library has been always kept very clean too.
However, what could really be improved is that, if ppl can refrain from making too much loud noises, such as making long phone calls, having video meetings via their laptop, chatting as if they are in an outdoor park etc,… while I understand its not possible to have all those inappropriate behaviors corrected instantly, I guess there could be more control of this put in place, like written notes on the tables, walls, or sometimes gentle reminder to the ppl on action…
