3 months agoThis is a not trusty bike shop, it seems that they support riders, however they do not, they only care about the money that they get! I had a really bad experience. I was new in the city, and I bought a bicycle, because it’s important to me to have one, and I said, can I give it back to you next week? Because I did not know if I was going to get a job somewhere else… I was looking for it, I got a job in Tauranga, and I came to give it back the bike, but the guy, Steve, that before said that I could give it back the bicycle, when I came back, he did not want to give a full refund, and even worse, only 30% of the value, if it was 80% it would be okay, but no! For me, that’s a no words place! Do not go there!3 years agoAmazing place, the guys there are awesome. I took my bike in for repair, the guy quickly diagnosed the issue, turns out it was a quick fix and the guy did it there and then for next to nothing! I will definitely be going back again for all of my biking needs. Honest guys who aren’t out to rip you off! Also lots of new and second hand parts for sale.2 months agoGood service, cost a bit more than I was expecting, but they contacted me to update the initial estimate. What an amazing experience here in Auckland! Eddie is everything you could ask for in a host/guide. We saw so much of this awesome city on heavy duty e-bikes and felt very safe with Eddie leading the way. His information was great and the ear pieces were a simple and effective communication tool. We rode for over 3 hours and Eddie sent us all a li k with great pics of the entire group and a live GPS map with pics of our entire ride. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Auckland!
One of the BEST things to do in Auckland! My partner and I went on the tour lead by Carson and had the absolute best time. Not only did we learn a ton about the city, but also were able to see more than we would have on foot. Watching the sunset from the top of Mount Eden was a highlight for us, just absolutely stunning after days of rain. Highly recommend no matter the weather, it’s a great way to get to know the city and get your bearings if you’re new, or just experience the city in a new way if you’re not!
This is an amazing tour. I cannot say enough about Carson our guide. So thorough with the bike instructions and safety protocols! The route, wow, it was great. Marina, volcano, botanical garden, war memorial and so much more! A great day, thanks again Carson for such a memorable experience! I highly recommend this tour!
Eddie was a great bike guide and host! He provided good directions on how to use the bikes and safety was his number one concern! He showed us some great sites with holiday lights and provided detailed commentary! We saw places we would not have seen on our own! Wonderful and fun way to see the city! Must do!
