Incredibly slow – I work in the Broadway centre and would often go to Boost on my break for a quick pick-me-up, but sometimes I would spend the entire 15 minutes standing around waiting for my drink which is unreasonable. The place is understaffed considering the high demand and the staff who do work there are slow and have forgotten to include things in my orders a couple of times as well. From now on I’ll go to Starbucks instead; despite the demand there they are a lot more efficient.

This is more of a Boost problem as a whole, but the straws are too small for the drinks as well. Recently bought a drink that included “dates” (they were actually sultanas) and the sultanas kept getting stuck in the straw so I couldn’t drink it. Went back for a refund and the only option available to me was a cash refund which was fine. I asked if I should hand the drink back as well and the manager said no and told me to “try and finish it” and offered to give me a second straw as if that one wouldn’t just get jammed as well. I threw it in the bin.

Ordered via the app before I got there. Still wasn’t ready. Store needs to be bigger with more staff. Was really struggling to keep up with demand and has lots of people standing around. I love boost juice but this store is a challenge.

Understand that it’s busy on Saturday but the skinny female staff is really rude. Bad attitude and didn’t clean up the drip before giving the drink out. It’s a mess.

Located at level 3 near Hoyts cinema at the food court. They have a variety of fruit Juice/bend, smoothies & crushes available and even have Plant based and low gluten Vegan drink and drink that is Protein base to boost your protein level for the gym goers. Grab the new Lychees range drink which content Mango, lychee, Passionfruit, Yogurt sorbet blend and it’s refreshing.

2 blondes and one brunette working today at 2:30pm are standing at the back having a chat while the nice male worker is at the front constantly taking orders and cupping finished drinks by himself Appalling service and management. After cupping one drink they’d be back to having another 2 min chat break while the other blenders are done.

  1. Ordered my usual Green Tea Mango Mantra. Unfortunately it came out thin, diluted and lacking in taste. The drink was sadly disappointing but there were lots of people ordering and waiting that day. Seemed like the staff were a tad overwhelmed.

  2. Extremely bad customer service and quality of juice. First the order was given after 6 orders which were placed after mine , 20 minutes for a juice when I was first in queue and refused refund after such bad service. The juice received after 20 minutes was lacking the key ingredients of immunity no watermelon whatsoever. Would highly recommend getting juice anywhere but this boost

  3. Conveniently located. I appreciated that she repeated my order before processing for payment. Service was slow despite there being 3 staff and one order Infront of me. It was cool to note that there was a Chinese menu on the large pole Infront of the counter. Product was as expected, delicious and no issues. I do note however boost juice is surprisingly getting expensive at $11 for an original/large. They ought to look at other areas alternatives (bamboo or rice paper?) as paper straws don’t last long.

  4. The service provided by the attendants was extremely poor. Unfortunately, the Boost app doesn’t allow users to change their birthdate once registered. Consequently, I overlooked the birthdate section upon signing up.

So, I was denied a complimentary drink when the attendant checked my ID and noticed the mismatch in birthdates.

Even after verifying my name and address, the attendant still declined to provide the complimentary drink I was entitled to.

Although not a major issue, it lacked common sense entirely! It’s truly bizarre and reflects terrible customer service!

    I will not come back!

  5. Definitely the worst boost juice I’ve ever had. The employees were kind enough to remake me one, but it somehow exceeded my expectations for how bad a boost juice can be. The drinks were thin and diluted. The store was not busy.
