4 months agoPoor grooming experience! They shaved despite instructions not too and gave my dog a rash; they claim he was matted but he is regularly brushed and cleaned. Despite complaint – not even an apology but excuses given! Never going back!Response to PetStock – I had already tried to resolve this and was given excuses by your Manager. I have emailed your customer service again – hopefully I get a better response.

Great store!a month ago5 stars to all the girls who were working this afternoon. After popping into pick up a few Chrissy things after work. My husband & I were witness to a true Karen treating several staff terribly rudely. The staff member was giving her amazing customer service, whilst trying to help this ungrateful B***h with a solution to her collar issue. The woman was being sooo dam rude & entitled, we could not help but hear her disgusting behaviour from her towards staff. After several minutes I could not tolerate it any longer & told her that she needed to calm down, only for her to give me one of her entitled rants. Power to you girls for having to tolerate that. We think you were all amazing. A great asset to the company2 years agoIt is really big here, there are a variety of different pets. shelves look stocked with different pet supplies but they are in sections to the type of pet, so its really easy to find things. The place looks clean with great lighting. I like that they have a grooming centre plus one outside that you can do yourself.

Customer beware. If you are considering buying fish from this store , think twice. I recently bought 6 Guppies last week from this store thinking that l was purchasing healthy fish, when l asked if they were. But l was wrong , only after 6 days l have lost one . I have cycled my tank for the correct amount of time and l also checked the water parameters with the API master test kit and all the water parameters were perfect as indicated on the chart. So l know that it wasn’t a fault on my behalf. This is not the first time that this has happened to me when buying fish from this store, I once again fell for their lies. I have given this store in the past several opportunities. I would highly recommend purchasing your fish from a proper aquarium store as l will be doing from now on , not petstock.

Such a great pet stock! Alway helpful and caring staff. Did puppy school here a year or 2 ago and it was fantastic. Also a great range of products. Also have great dog wash machines we often use. Thanks to the friendly staff for always being welcoming and cheerful ??
PMPs staff are amazing. I purchased a different brand of dry food for my dog bcoz ours had been discontinued. My lil Yorki kept spitting it out I took it back to the store and they refunded the $47 even tho the bag was opened, beat that!!
I didn’t know anything about having a fish tank specially a saltwater one so I went in there and the staff is so nice and helpful. They help me out a lot to get me started on my first saltwater aquarium so I want to say thank you
