I’ve used Travelex Geelong many times over the past 10 years. The lady who used to work there was so nice and helpful. The lady working there now is rude and abrupt. I called to order some currency and was hung up on as she began talking to another customer, then when I called back to confirm if my order was taken she was rude and said she already told me the order will come in on Wednesday and that I should stop calling. I was never told when the order would come in and it was the 2nd time I had called. Really disappointed and will find another company to purchase currency through
Left very flustered this morning at Travelex Geelong after picking up currency which I’d booked online and had arranged for pickup. For some reason I didn’t receive a confirmation email and was treated suspiciously and rudely. Also, on your website it says you provide people with mixed bills, however I was only given 100,000 rupiah notes. The reason I was buying currency in advance was so I would have some smaller bills available for tipping etc. Next time I’ll use an ATM instead!
