The fusion of flavors within the burrito was outstanding, leaving a lasting impression. 2 months agoI AM APPALLED by the service of this “establishment” i waited 35 minutes for my food and multiple people who ordered after me got their food BEFORE ME. On top of that, my chicken nacho fries had NO chicken and were not even hot, barely warm. I will NOT BE coming here again AND on top of all that there was a hair in my food. disgusting. ?6 months agoDrive through beef burrito hardly had any beef. Filled up with 80% rice some beans and tomato, and 5% beef content. The chips were small and brown.3 months agoI ordered vegi bowl and I added chicken in it.. I paid extra but the whole chicken is burn. The taste is very bitter. They sell like a rubbish.. I waste my money my time and, then I placed order again in other restaurant….

Good Mexican food! Love avocado and tomato inside! If you wanna take away instead of eating there, you might eat as hot as you can. It’s much more delicious if you eat immediately. Good & yummy fast food. Recommend!
Burrito chicken with extra chicken it was more like rice and beans and half spoon of chicken. I worked in gyg for over 4 years and it’s ridiculous to see how bad they manage this store. ripping off customer not worth 17$ dólar at all. ( I know the quantity ) Normally I would support gyg BECUASE I love the brand, but seems they just want to make money ripping off people
Look at this ridiculous portion!!!! It’s as if they ran out of food and thought.. hey, screw it let’s just put what’s left. Or they needed to ration what’s left for the night. I’ve had Guzman and Gomez many times and I typically go to Darling Harbour and let me tell you.. they serve a PROPER serving compared to world square Guzman and Gomez! It’s a joke!
I have a $14.90 chicken cali burrito here, stuck in long queue and long waiting time for the food.
It is a healthy options and big portion, have many ingredients insides the wrap, taste is ok.
I had a horrible experience a couple months ago from this gyg. It has been alright ever since. Until today, I ordered a quesadilla chicken (via the app). I arrived at the restaurant 2 mins after ordering, they asked for my number, I showed them. They said “shouldn’t be too long “. Ten minutes then go by, so I ask again. They said “almost ready”. I see my order get made and put in the waiting area. Then I watch all the team members walk into the back of the store (during a rush of orders). I could hear them talking in the back. They finally come back after 5 minutes. I ask again “is my food ready”. They said “not yet”. They went and got my order and handed it to me. It took them 15 minutes to get my order out to me and it was freezing cold when I finally got my order. This was a horrible experience at gyg. It was very unprofessional of the workers, just shows how lazy they are or how bad the management is.
