The person on the grill tonight should be ashamed of themselves. The zucchini fries and sweet potato fries were burnt, additionally my partners burger came with egg shells all through it. The amount of egg shell pieces and size of the shells had me shook.

No f#$% given, based on the latest reviews the place needs better management. Extremely disappointing, definitely will not be eating here again.

The customer service here is EXCEPTIONAL! Anyone who comes will definitely feel welcome for a nice burger feast. About that – the food is so good and fresh and high quality. All around, 10/10…wait…100/10 experience. Will always come here when I crave Grill’d!

Usually enjoy a good burger at Grill’d but this time it was a bit of miss with the bun too dry and hard on top. I also forgot to ask not to put herb on the fries. But at least there weren’t too much salt. This Grill’d has a big indoor room. It seems to have a lot more seating capacity than the other locations in Canberra. Friendly service. Street parking can be tricky during lunch time. The underground car park at the nearby Coles could be an option.

Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. I had recently injured myself and was unable to walk properly but staff were nice enough to even open the door for me. Food was quick and delicious. The small human with me has a gluten allergy and they were super accommodating for that as well. It was a little loud despite the lack of people so hearing was very tricky but we eventually got out orders in.

Wow was very impressed, was expecting an average burger experience but was pleasantly surprised. I had a mini selection of three burgers ( great idea ) and they where so tasty and fresh all distinct from each other in there flavours . I paired that with a trio of chips platter each with there own individual dipping sauces , they were very fresh and the zucchini chips were particularly tasty My server was very pleasant and had a lovely attitude and was very attentive without being over bearing. Very professional approach to this whole experience and I shall return again soon.

  1. A great burger at good prices.
Thick cut chips were cooked and reasonably crispy.
Order at the counter or use a QR code.
Not too busy when I visited.
Takeaway was also good previously and used sustainable and recyclable packaging.
Rated as a “very good” or “great” burger and worth the 5 stars for an Australian style burger.
    Definitely get the extra avocado.

  2. We waited for our caesar salad for 18 minutes instead of the promised 10 and when we opened it at home the chicken was burned and dry, the salad leaves were old and there was barely any sauce and cheese, it was supposed to be my dinner, but the salad was unbearable. Wish they’d stopped cooking the 8 minutes earlier. Never again.

  3. I normally love the chicken super power salad while my husband has a burger but today a promotion kicked it off the menu. The staff were great putting together a substitute bowl however the lettuce was unacceptably past serving. Staff saw the dead lettuce and served it! My husband was worried then about the state of the lettuce on his burger, half eaten. Not acceptable Canberra Grill’d. Our staff promised to show the manager the dead lettuce but there was no apology. We pay for fresh food!

  4. Didn’t have half of the things we ordered and didn’t tell us till 30 minutes of waiting. Gave my brother herbed mayo but left it out on mine when I asked for it. Didn’t even have sweet potato chips which I wanted more than the burger anyway. Burger was missing ingredients they said it was vegan (definitely wasn’t and I asked for vegetarian not vegan) also they didn’t have gluten free buns so my brother got a flat disk of something for a bun.
