in the last weekI have to give 5 out of 5 for my coffee, food and the service. The gentleman who served me was so warm and friendly, he was absolutely delightful . My coffee and muffin tasted great too.5 months agoComing back for awhile and had a cup of coffee on Sunday’s lunch but i get disappointed. Service was so slow. I had been waiting for cup of coffee in 15 min. Then get be shouted to get coffee. They could not remember their customer. Much better with previous manager.10 months agoWe came here again recently. I had flat white and Coffee carrot walnut cake. The coffee was very average. The cake was not so good. Firstly of all it was fresh, and the cream on top, I could taste the sugar sand. Will not be coming again anytime soon.3 months agoUnderrated coffee place, just walking past to grab coffee and they know how to deliver. Service was great and quick, but coffee was amazing for how quickly they made it. Location feels a bit enclosed for me, but if you prefer to shop around and need a break, it’s a great place to go.5 months agoOrdered couple drinks and two muffins and they packed it up all in one single tray. Unfortunately coffee spilled over to the muffins when I carried the tray to the table. Manager refused to do anything. No offer for exchange, didn’t ask if anyone got hurt. Just want to let you all know this is the worst shop ever.Be really careful you won’t get anything compensated as when you walk out the shop, everything is down to you. Manager is so arrogant and and rude. She said, “It’s your fault, we have no table service, so when you walk out, everything is down to you” So arrogant! In her words, they have no responsibility whatsoever. No compassion, not give a damn about if my son got spilled over is alright. All they care is MONEY. Staff put everything in one single tray and don’t care if you can enjoy the food or drink at all. Once you take the tray, spill over, it’s all yours. Thanks for her wonderful advice. Would opt for a shop offers table service, WON’T RETURN!

To those people commenting on ‘the fat Indian lady’ here?!
It says alot about the kind of person YOU are #dontbeakunt as it makes you one ??♀️
If there is only one person trying to manage a business under extenuating circumstances you can imagine the stress it would cause, let alone dealing with people that make derogatory comments.
I came here to reiterate my 5 star review and say I cant seem to find anywhere that makes my Dirty Chai quite to my liking (like this place does)
Ive had that many Dirty Chai’s! So, if I could give ten stars for great coffee and service, I would give it here ?

As you are aware, many Melburnians are certified coffee snobs, I am one of those such people. I ordered an extra hot Dirty Chai with almond milk and it was perfect. There was a special advertised for a limited edition Lemon Meringue Duffin with a small coffee which I got. My coffee was a large though, upsized. I had that at home warmed up. Yummy. A most excellent experience ?
Very bad experience not recommend to anyone. I bought coffe from this store I request to make it hot the lady gave me angry look and she made coffee way too hot.IT was extremely hot and burned my mouth. She got no customer service skills at all. Very disappointed.
The staff should smile more when helping customers. Even though the coffee was good, they seemed a bit upset when I asked for hot coffee. Smiling and being nicer would make the experience better for everyone.
Really bad coffee and worst customer service. The lady is so rude and has nil customer service skills. All I had asked for Xtra hot cap. The looks I got from her made me very uncomfortable. Will definitely not recommend this cafe. Pls don’t waste your money. Not sure how this business is running.
The Indian lady thinks she is above everyone, and is extremely rude and displayed pathetic behaviour.
Absolutely mental lady. Was just taking my own selfies and she started shouting so loud that the customer who was placing an order just stepped back and went away !
