Classic Target experience.
Plenty of selection, great staff service, and high quality products. Very very busy due to location, it is consistently packed on the weekends. They are usually pretty good at stocking shelves and having plenty of inventory. Would recommend this to anybody in the area or any strong Target fans.
The whole point of doing a pick- up order is to be able to save the time that you would have spent going in the store and looking for the things you need. I have been in line for pick up orders for 30 minutes and am so frustrated by the fact that I could have just gone in, grabbed the things I needed myself and left 20 minutes ago. I’m leaving highly disappointed in target’s pick up system, questioning why they even have it if they’re not going to have your things ready when they say they will.
I don’t come to Target on Shearn St often. But I like the logical layout and fresh produces.
The new renovation to the place looks great. The layout is also great, but there is an issue on the rude workers at the ulta floor by the beauty. When I asked if I could purchase an item at that counter or go to the regular checkout. As I see they have a checkout there at the ulta floor, firstly all the workers were chit chatting with no one else doing anything and rather horse playing. However when I went to ask everybody swarm away from me. Nobody was willing to help and when I finally reached someone they had a rude attitude on where to checkout they rolled their eyes at me. After paying I felt them follow me throughout the store. From the checkout to the restroom.
Once again I’m disappointed by this target as Lindsay from the return station at this target was extremely rude of my problem with my return and not only was I hurt but I felt judged by this worker and there way of treating me and myself.
Please regularly clean out your trash cans and pick up the litter around your parking lot. It really makes this target look so trashy. Definitely the worst maintained Targets I’ve seen. I’m a regular too.
