He may have long hair but this man is meticulous, friendly and doesn’t rush. I have had haircuts from California, to Thailand and England and this man is up there, if not the best and as long as I’m in the NSW area I’ll be a content repeat customer. 4 months agoI came here today because my regular barber was shut, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The service from both men in the store was fantastic, they were very welcoming and friendly and the shop had a general great vibe of calmness. I felt really attended to during the cut. The guy who did my hair (can’t remember his name but he had a magnificent beard) was really thoughtful, recommended something that worked well for my hair and then did the cut with great care. I felt really looked after, ended up with a great haircut that I loved and was blown away by how reasonable the price was considering the service. They could have charged me double what they did and I would have happily paid it.a week agoIt is the rear of the Hamilton Cold Rock ice cream. My son has sensory issues so getting him to have a haircut can be a challenge. Thanks to the awesome chick at barber industries ( sorry I don’t know your name) my son felt comfortable enough for a trim and tidy up . He looks fantastic too! Friendly staff and vibe throughout the whole experience ?

Haircut itself was good. No complaints there. But was told to wait in store and it will be 20 minutes. I was sitting down for 90 minutes in store and skipped about 8 times, young girl at door seemed to struggle with customer ordering. Entire process took 2 hours and had to pay for parking.
Deadset shocking haircut, halved the length of hair when asking to just tidy the ends, uneven blend hacked at with thinning scissors.
Don’t recommend! All these google reviews are paid.
If zero stars was an option, they would get zero stars. I went in to wait for a particular hairdresser, on a busy Saturday morning. After being told that I was the next person in line, I happily sat down and waited. After one hour and 40 minutes, I was led to a chair… and a hairdresser started to ask what I wanted. I said that I had to be fast, as I was paying dollars 60 per hour for Support Worker , due to my disability. The hairdresser got extremely frustrated at the fact, that I said I had to be quick. And started to have a go at me, saying they were understaffed and it was a busy day and I was being a I was very upset at this behaviour and left without even getting a haircut.
