Service is so important to me when getting my hair done and I noticed you didn’t just make me feel like an old friend, but you had that way with all the clients you were juggling effortlessly today. Thanks also to the young lady who did my eye tinting & made me the most delicious coffee presented on such a cute tray. A lovely experience, instead of just a hair appointment… but the hair looks and feels amazing too. I will be back.
Portia was very friendly listened to what I wanted and did an awesome job as well spent plenty of time with me. I had a booking for 12pm and I came straight in and I was seated for my style cut straight away no waiting. She also gave me samples of some products to try before I buy them so that was lovely to. I will definitely book with Portia again she was great ? ?
I was just a walk in and asked for a trim. I was fitted in without any fuss and my hairdresser, Portia, listened to what I wanted and had a good sense for the best style for my short curly hair. I’m very pleased with the result. Kath W
