Happy with the haircuts I have had here. The staff are friendly and professional. I appreciate the complimentary espresso at the start. The post haircut hair wash is more like a massage, the only drawback is going back to work after.

First and Last time ever going into a salon and by far the worst experience they made me feel absolutely bad for not mentioning I had long thick curly hair, because of this reason I usually cut it myself , therefore we had just welcomed our baby girl into this world so I hadn’t had a hair cut in 9 months +
I was put on the cancellation list I received a call asking to come in at 3:00pm, I got there and walked in my hair was up in a bun and the ladies from the back were gawking over at me trying to figure out what they were dealing with so they got me in the chair once I untied my hair she replied with wow that’s alot of hair this wasn’t applied to your app ? she then let out a big sigh and said “ we can do what we can , she then Continued to ask if I do my hair on my own which I replied no I get help from my mother , she then threw in my face “ see you need help then I would need help too, I replied that’s fine if you want help she carried on and continued , another college noticed the work being done and comes over to offer her a assistance and my stylist chose NOT to accept the help as if she was to good for the help , if you don’t know your profession properly then this ain’t the job for you, I’m sorry you don’t get customers of indigenous background with thick course hair but this is no way to treat your customers, $350 I paid for a Balayage and blow wave and the colour was not applied correctly it was a very rushed job only applied to the ends of my hair and a few random highlights in the front , no blow dry was given as the store was about to close I had to had to go back the next day to get a blow dry finish , which they handed to an apprentice I honestly was so mentally and physically drained from giving birth I’ve only finally worked up the courage to share my story, never again will I be going to this place
Last minute booking as I passed through Alice. Walked in and what a surprise! The store is amazing. The staff more so.. after a few weeks travelling I felt very looked after. Will be my go too when in the region with out a doubt
