5 Replies to The 2 Biggest Shopping Centres in Whyalla
I just recently visited Westland in Whyalla again after a few years and I’m honestly sad. It seems most of the shops have closed. Everyone’s going broke. Not as many options anymore. It’s not like it used to be, but I guess things change. Inflation, Covid etc added to the mix. Also I suppose many people shop online now. It’s just not the same. I just hope some day they will open more shops. Fingers crossed.
Nothing ever changes food menu never changes and hardly any variety. Certainly no shops to speak of. Very poor shopping for the amount of people living here
It’s been 21 years since I have been to this shopping centre and it’s a huge difference
Coles, Woolworths and Aldi all in the same shopping centre and all the little shops in between.
The only thing missing is a commonwealth bank which really is no big deal.
It’s good to see
It is always a great place to meet friends and have a cuppa and a bite to eat ?
A huge variety of clothing stores. A very limited kmart. Both Wolworths & Coles are available. Small range of other stores as you might expect from an isolated country town. Great parking.
