It’s funny how you just get used to going to a pharmacy expecting supermarket service. You guys are not like that at all. I WILL ensure I regular your pharmacy from now on. From online booking to delivery hassle free and friendly ?a year agoHad a booking for the Vax but went in a week early in hopes of a walk-in hustle. Too easy. We are delighted to have got in sooner! Excellent service and everything made simple. Relief!

a month agoThis is by far the best Pharmacy on Hobart based on my experience (many)I have serious medical/Psych concerns that other Pharmacies have made the process so difficult, which is infuriating and highly stressful.
I highly recommend everyone to use this Pharmacy and you won’t regret it.

a year agoThe staff are very pleasant to deal with and they have a great range of stock. Unfortunately the service is as slow as a wet week. Hopefully they implement some changes to speed things up as I will continue to shop there provided I don’t have to wait 30 to 45 mins each time I go in there.4 months agoYep good service. Clean freindly2 years agoI always laugh when I hear or see the advert for this pharmacy. Twice I’ve been in there and been completely and actively ignored by staff. Don’t go in unless you look rich I guess. I’ve spent a good 10 mins waiting for staff in there with no interest. I will say once there was a young girl who was friendly at the counter but that was a while ago. If you need anything serious other than a pack of jelly beans then go elsewhere.3 years agoAwesome customer service 5/5, always able to fill difficult script requests. I have to buy other products while waiting due to the large selection available. Staff are approachable and highly knowledgeable with all stock and will match price. I recommend this Pharmacy 5/5

Judging by the reviews left and lack of acknowledgement by the business owner/owners I’m wondering if it’s even worth leaving a review as it appears management really couldn’t care less about customers which is quite sad. However, I feel the need to leave my review. I recently popped in to get a months script filled, the pharmacist came to me with 1 box instead of 2 and told me they didn’t have the other box and I would need to come back in Tuesday in which it would be ready for collection. I agreed but feel that it would have been far more convenient if the pharmacist had checked stock prior to filling half a script, in which I could have taken the script elsewhere as I have a busy lifestyle and it was inconvenient to have to return. That being said I paid in full and agreed to return Tuesday. On Tuesday something told me to ring the pharmacy to ensure my medication was there. I rang and was told the medication was not there and that for some reason it had not been ordered. Whilst I’m not going to name the pharmacist in question, he made me feel like a number and clearly the inconvenience caused wasn’t a concern of his. I was very disappointed to think my time was not important, for if I hadn’t have called it would have been a wasted trip. The pharmacist I dealt with on the Tuesday I will name as he was my knight in shining armour. I hope management do in fact see this review as Dominic is an absolute credit to your establishment. He went above and beyond to rectify the error and ensure I got my medication that day. He treated me like a human, he was kind and understanding and actually went to another pharmacy and procured the medication in question. I feel that a lot of pharmacists have a God complex and make you feel like a mere number, Dominic is not one of these. If only all pharmacists were as accommodating and as kind as him. He’s a breath of fresh air.
Wonderful customer service! I was looking for several items on my list and was assisted by Zay. She was very patient and cheerful while helping me out with all the products I need. Overall, a great experience.
Wonderful and supportive experience from the pharmacist for my daughter. He went the extra mile and Managed to get a hold of a prescription to get the much needed cream. Thank you so very much .
No means NO – 8/7/23 paying for my script – cashier trying hard to sell store products & would not accept no for an answer. Why are you always trying to sell junk/rubbish items to customers who do not want them? Usually no is enough, not this time, the young girl serving me kept trying to coerce me by telling me how wonderful/versatile etc etc etc. When I am at the counter I do not want to be harassed or begged to buy stuff. If I was not buying medication I would have walked out with nothing. Do staff get a bonus or something for the unnecessary stuff they flog? Remember VULNERABLE PEOPLE (or anyone) should not be pestered to part with their money. Chemist Warehouse STOP this extremely bad habit and if you want to get rid of stuff give it away or throw it away.
Hands down the best pharmacy staff in Hobart. If you are looking for a reliable pharmacy I reccomend this one – every problem I’ve had they help me and go out of their way. Dom is the best pharmacist ?
