a year agoThis complex that this store is in is a bit tired but the Chemist Warehouse here is good. I have found on a many occasions that products I’ve searched for online will say they are not available but when you get there it’s on the shelf. There seems to be issues with the store internal stock system and online stock. This Chemist Warehouse has a great range of health and natural products. Service is good.4 months agoPushy, staff who like to rush you and then scrunch your bag up when ur leaving to ensure you know that you buggered their day up by taking 30 seconds to process eftpos. Shame on you Larissa. This behaviour does not belong in customer facing jobs.5 months agoYes it has all that you expect from a chemist. But firstly they had atleast 4 chemist sorting scripts and it still took over 20 minutes. And the most shocking was i asked one of the white robe chemists if they had a generic and i named it. extremely common medicine for pain. This person had no clue, and then when he showed another worker. They reached around and grabbed the generic and $15 cheaper version with ease and handed it to him. So double and triple check as it may be a ploy for you to buy more expensive brands.6 months agoRude staff that are short with people over the phone. They argue that because they are a large chemist it is too hard to notify the customer that the script on a waiting list for over 6 months THAT THEY ARE HOLDING is about to expire. I am considering taking legal action against this chemist.They argue the moral high ground when dispensing the medication however at the same time hold onto your script to make sure your not able to source your medication from another chemist while waiting. Something that another chemist mentioned was unethical in itself.
a year agoBeen here multiple times, always great customer service, plenty of reasonably priced goods and discounts a plenty. Caters for all the family, knowledgeable staff on hand, points you in the right direction or offers up viable alternatives. Large stock, easy to move around aisles and easy access to check-outs, friendly greeting and have a nice day when exiting. Thank you for a wonderful experience people.

2 months agoThese guys are excellent. Open until 9pm literally every single day. Aside from the availability of being open 365 days… the staff are lovely, helpful and intelligent. They go out of their way to ensure their customers receive the best care possible.I’ve been equally impressed by their attention to detail and by staff members’ ability (and willingness) to think “outside the box”. An easy five stars. ??
a year agoThis pharmacy has great opening hours!! Location is fantastic too, with parking out the front, side or back. Very helpful staff. I avoid this Chemist Warehouse as much as possible. Its cramped with stock up high so as a short human I find it hard to reach things I want to purchase. This would be difficult in a wheelchair, not only the height of products but lack of aisle space.
Yes access is ok with gradient floors to facilitate all abilities and automatic doors.
There is never an occasion where there is no stock on the floor, ladders or boxes to trip over, always frustrating coming here.
They do have the best selection of make-up in the area and although I prefer their spacious sister store in West Ipswich, I come here when the other store has sold out of products I’m trying to source.
If you need customer service the staff here are helpful and counter service is always friendly.
Hard to navigate and hard to find stuff but it’s cheap and well stocked.
Love shopping ? here for personal effects like nail gel polish. As well as cold n flu medication. More than prescriptions dispensary.
All my experiences at Chemist Warehouse,
have been exceptional. All their staff, and Pharmacists have always shown a genuine desire to help – and many times have shown such great patience and empathy (which is a sign of emotional intelligence so lacking today). Sad to say, one of the greatest challenges today is having to deal with a largely, uneducated, entitled, and opinionated public. Their prices truly are the best.
Typical chemist warehouse, good prices, good stock, great customer service, and the store is well maintained and clean.
