a week agoUnfortunately the phone has not been answered for a considerable time, and I still cant get through. Secondly, I put in a script yesterday morning, and was told it would not be ready until today and that I would be contacted. Not happened yet!a year agoThese guys are absolutely fantastic and they have often gone well above and beyond to look after me. I’m an agoraphobic and whilst I’m much better than I used to be I still have trouble getting out sometimes so It’s absolutely fantastic for me to be able to get the drs appointments done on the phone, and have the scripts emailed to these guys and then they deliver my medication and anything else I need from the chemist that afternoon for no extra charge other than a smile and good manners. The other day I was desperately needing a prescription delivered but these guys didn’t have that particular medication in stock so they called around the other local pharmacies and found it for me and delivered it all within an hour and I was deeply impressed with the crew of ladies that always look after me when ever I need anything at all. I can’t praise this business and the staff running it highly enough2 years agoThis Chemist is not only the best customer service in Bunbury, but I have recently moved here from Brisbane and I am pretty sure it’s the best service I have ever had at any chemist. The staff are genuinely lovely and caring and take the time to help you with what you need. Even with a little toddler with me, they helped me to quickly get my scripts and other items and joined me to their loyalty program all in a short time frame. I am so impressed with their customer service, I wait until I have a number of things and ONLY shop at this chemist. If you live in Bunbury, this is the ONLY chemist I would visit. All of the staff are always friendly and very helpful. I will not go to any other Pharmacy. Thank you to all of the staff for doing a great job looking after me and my needs.

Some people prefer this ?3 years agoRefused to sell me cold and flu tablets and treated me like a criminal.Yes, I know you are required to do a license check, and that you have to prevent diversion. But maybe consider that it’s winter, the boxes you sell last for 4 days, and that I hadn’t bought any for a year previously? Or are you just trying to peddle phenylephrine, which clinical trials showed has the same efficacy as a pseudo when given orally?
Clearly the thing to do would be buy cold and flu tablets regularly through the year, and stockpile them at home for the flu season. Which is what I’ll do, but my $20 a pop won’t be going to these guys.

My friend purchased Eau De TOILET ISSEY MIYAKE. WOW!!! This perfume smells fantastic, absolutely just wow!!!! The fact that the perfume is not overpowering, but delivers such a fine fragrance, and leaves a lingering fine rose after smell . Ladies, consider purchasing this if you want to smell not just FANTASTIC, but also like fine ROSES!!!!!!! Highly recommend.
Appalling customer service, abrupt and appeared to have an attitude. If it wasn’t for the only Priceline in bunbury i wouldn’t go back again.
On Friday 24 Feb I walked into this store for assistance in purchasing two products. Two shop assistants were having a wonderful lengthy social conversation which I interrupted to enquire where the products were – sorry about that…not. One looked annoyed and pointed in general direction then continued with conversation.
Guess what – I went to Eaton where professional customer service is prevalent and in a clean, modern shopping centre giving a positive retail experience and spent over $200!
This is is the dreaded place I met Susan Boggle for the first time. She is a witch and feeds on negativity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I tried to get her to give me advice on which foundation would suit me and she laughed and said
“You need way more than foundation. You need to be put in a cage.”
WHO SAYS THAT?!
I never buy anything from this shop again, please stop wrapping your cosmetic products with cheap sticky tape. After removing the tape there is always a nasty sticky mark on all purchased product which is impossible to cleane. At least use a proper tape.
