They both went above and beyond to make further enquires for me about a script I was going to get made up for weight loss. Both were concerned given my medical history and the time frame I needed this to work. I went with lady shake instead. It’s working and won’t put me at risk of being put back in hospital. Thank you both. It would have been easier for you to make a good sale. Definitely coming back.

Their staff work at getting to know you by name. You can call ahead with a script to be ready when you are to pick up.4 years agoNot impressed! I am on a disability pension money is tight, most chemists automatically give the generic alternative for my puffers or at least ask not Blooms, they also charged $20 on script for Ibuprfen/Codeine Tablets 200mg-12.8mg 48 that had exp 05/2019 only 6wks from purchase. I have since enquired elsewhere and been told full price for this script is only $7.954 months agoVery helpfull staff

Good idea to get scripts when they first open in the morning no waiting time.
Very helpful staff you can always find someone willing to give you a hand.
Makayla was rude and had no service at all even spoke back when I asked did the payment went through twice. Needs to learn customer service.
What has happened to the service here??? Today there was a 15 minute wait just to drop scripts off … and it was the same to collect them an hour later. People in the Dispensary don’t look up even when people are trying to get their attention. The previous four visits were exactly the same and they were on week days. If it doesn’t improve I’ll start going to my local chemist.
Just want to say never have I had such an awful customer experience in my life an hour wait for a prescription to be filed is just not good enough then to be told no we have already handed it out to someone else let us check the camera and then no it’s still here not an apology or anything I was made feel that it was my fault customer service training is really needs an upgrade
Hard to get medication on time even when script is put in at least 2 days at a time. Good for perfume and other goods wouldn’t buy elsewhere
