Had a very simple prescription to fill. They said it “was out if stock“ . Next day Said it didn’t come in but they would get it from another pharmacy within 30 minutes. An hour later still did not have it. Such a common medicine but not a full pack prescribed. Expect that is the reason it was unavailable. $$ more important yhan patient care. cruel

Cardin Le was able dispense a prescription for me that was unavailable at other pharmacies. Cardin provided fast, efficient service combined with informed, friendly discussion making a pleasurable shopping experience. Cincotta Wagga is my go to pharmacy for excellent customer service.
Worst Chemist ever. Would not answer phone. Account charged for prescriptions I have not ordered and with no prescription. Will never go to again.
I point out I had previously been a customer for years and will never return.
Update I sent a message via messenger. I was told the phone system is not working as it has been updated. Looking back through comments it has been a very long update. At this point I have never been contacted. As for my prescriptions. I went in to be told that Webster packs had been ordered. No. Interestingly the supposed scripts were not to be found. No explanation. Do not know what is going on or how it happened. The fact that $61 was added were they hoping that I would not check my bill. It has happened before.
Great chemist and was really happy with the service of one staff member who’s name was Ali I believe. he helped me a lot and had good product knowledge. But 4 stars because scripts take really long and they never seem to pick up the phone.
Rude, lazy staff tonight!
1 poor girl mopping a customer mess and serving the front counter, asks another staff member to get a wet floor sign, who refuses! She then stacks baskets at the dispenserary area! Meanwhile theres wet floors for anyone to slip on, because the lovely young lady had to go and serve customers! I walked out!
I’ve had 2 encounters with this chemist which were absolutely disgraceful and reflect very badly on their service. I am a doctor who was trying to contact them by phone to obtain details of my elderly fathers prescription medications which he’d lost while away from home, and which I was trying to urgently replace for him. I phoned 26 times within a 90 minute period, during business hours, and using all 3 lines….with NO response!!! This is not only bad for business, it could be dangerous for an elderly patient. I doubt that this download will change their service, but I live in hope of an improvement, meanwhile I’m advising my father to find a more caring pharmacy service. This one only seems to care about the bottom line.
