a year agoHave been in twice in a week and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Once to choose perfume and the young lady was so accommodating and then makeup with a different staff member who was keen to help us purchase the right products (skin tone etc) and didn’t once try to sell us the more expensive brands. Support local!!! ?a year agoI walked in to get my flu shot but as I was not having an appointment done earlier, it seemed to be not possible, but TERRI (oldest among the staff) the staff there she approached me and she told she will give a try to get me the flu shot done if any of the appointment people didn’t turn up. Hey TERRI you were amazing and such passionate for the job, you got me that flu shot done, thank you so much TERRI.Secondly GIM the male staff who took the flu shot for me. He spoke to me for a long time as I was new to Australia, he explained what all things to be done to get Australian identification photo card, how to get the medical related vaccination card. I was so pleased with the personal touch! Then at the checkout, I’d left my Priceline card at home and the assistant offered to checked my name on the system so I could still receive reward points. I urge you to go somewhere else , the service is appalling.
I have 1 prescription every month yes that’s 1 item , it takes on average and hour to get it dispensed with the last 7/6/2023 it took 1:15 mins , at the 1 hour mark their were people that had put their prescriptions in after me and they were getting dispensed . I approached the girl who then asked everyone behind the counter where mine was , it took 3 mins for them looking to say they found it , then another 12 mins to dispense it.
I have taken my prescription away from them and i will be using another chemist.
The team has great service they are always willing to go above and beyond to help ! They always have the medication or floor stock that I’m looking for. Would definitely recommend!
Enormous range. Most staff are very helpful. Good prices.
Long waits for prescription meds doesn’t help with the low price. Staff inside are taking 20 mins just to get one prescription meds out to the customer’s. Long line and anxious customer doesn’t do much to keep them. 1hour plush wait time..
Good range of products with competitive prices. Prescriptions often take much longer than they should given the amount of staff behind the counter. So it’s a choice of pricing over efficiency really…
