3 months agoWould give negative starts if I could. I’ve been in the hospital 4 days with an extremely sick child and needed an antibiotics compounded. I spoke with Francis and she was extremely rude over the phone and would not provide me with the medication. So now I’m stuck with a well child that needs medication and no one will help me.6 months agoI’ve been put on a medication by my GP for a sensitive condition indefinitely, because I’ve been very unwell. This is a medication which is available to buy OTC, as well as on script. I’ve been using it as directed by my GP, but when I went in today, one of the pharmacists questioned the length of time I’ve been on it, as well as the dose. She began to go into every detail of my condition in a condescending manner, saying that she doesn’t believe that it would help at all because of the duration I’ve been on it. This entire conversation was in front of a massive line of customers, waiting for scripts, vaccinations, etc, and I was extremely embarrassed because I knew they could hear. My medical condition is not something I’m proud of, and I’m definitely not comfortable with its details being announced in front of strangers.2 weeks agoBest pharmacy in town! Then proceeded to have 3 people without appointments go ahead of me. I asked what’s going on, they apologised and I’d be seeing the pharmacy person soon. Cut to literally 4 other people that went ahead of me, I noticed that 1 of them had an appointment and went in at their correct time but I who had an appointment had to wait 1hour15mins. No point having an appointment system if you’re just going to let people without appointments ahead of others. If the people were elderly then I’d accept what happened but when everyone looked around my age 35 or younger, that was especially annoying6 months agoEfficient, courteous and professional, what more could you want

Won’t be back.a year agoWhen I first started coming to this pharmacy a few years ago it was fantastic. However not anymore there is constant problems with script’s going ‘missing’, the pharmacist Karen, saying script’s have been ‘filled already’ & the app not working properly! I am being sent back to the doctor to “get another script” every time they mess up! I waited over 5 minutes to be served. Most certainly not visiting again

Awful. And pharmacies want to take over the role of GPs. They can’t even run a perfume store, leave alone competently put a label on a bloody bottle in a reasonable time. All the hard work has been done by the GP, yet they still stuff it up.
The busiest time of the year (Christmas) and you’ve only got one person working the register around 12pm on Tuesday 22nd December. Not only that, you’ve got a heap of people waiting in the perfume section waiting for someone with the key to help them out. Yet no one can be found to assist.
Not the best customer service.
10 minutes later, when someone does finally come, they spend 5 to 10 minutes with just one customer who wanted to sniff nearly every perfume in the cabinet. How about in between sniffs, you help someone else out. I knew what I wanted, and it would have taken 5 seconds to unlock the door and get it out for me.
This will be the last time I get a prescription from chemist warehouse in Orange. In the past, I have always gotten my prescriptions from there, but lately it’s been longer and longer waiting times. I was informed it would take 15 mins, understandable as it was very busy. 2 names including mine were called out, I let the young lady go before me, I stood directly behind her and was next in line and then the young man walks off to dispensing and leaves me standing there. I did end up mentioning to another staff member what the hold up was as I stood there for another 10 mins with no one in sight. It literally took 40 mins just to get one script.
On my second visit the young gentleman piled up filled prescriptions on the counter and began calling out names of people who had just handed their prescriptions in leaving others including myself waiting for 20 mins or more it was a nightmare, the head pharmacist took over and the young man just stood there blank faced and bewildered at what was happening. Your wait times are disgraceful
Not a friendly place at all! Go find another chemist is what theyre telling their customers when they dont have stock. I have repeat scripts and still dont understand these waiting times. It should be in your system. This chemist warehouse is ruined.
Good prices can be a little busy and often have wait times for prescriptions. Advice is order via the app for prescriptions.
