a year agoI cant praise the Team at Alice Springs Pharmacy enough. I had a medical issue and they went far beyond my expectation. Ben, Joseph and the Team were professional, caring and did everything in their power to help. Joseph even delivered the medications after work for me out of the goodness of his heart. I will be forever grateful to this Pharmacy, the staff are first class human beings. : )9 months agoThey do not always have what I’m looking for, but the staff are always friendly and that’s very important to me!2 years agoWould have given 3 stars but an extra star for location.Nothing wrong with the pharmacy. It is a pharmacy that does pharmacy things. They fill prescriptions and have other health and beauty related items.
It’s clean and the staff are helpful.
Opening hours match the need for the area a d online with the other pharmacy in town (about 2 min walk)
I will continue to go here when I need pharmacy things.
2 years agoNow becoming a store to wait long times. Say a script ready in 15 min still not done in 30 min. Service at prescription counter is so slow now. The front counter staff are fast and efgicient.2 years agoThey charge twice the price for prescriptions and the staff are unfriendly and slow 🙁 Their retail prices are bad too. If you’re gonna charge double you should at least provide good service…, but NO 🙁

Overall, good service.2 years agoGeneral store staff are lovely, however the Pharmacist is arrogant, beyond rude, and completely apathetic, and will go out of his way to create delays and significant extra financial costs for people trying to fill scripts. They also say they are continuously low on stock in the Pharmacy section. Any other Pharmacist in town is better and will treat patients with respect and empathy.4 years agoBest pharmacy in town especially for prescriptions..no extra intrusive questions when asking for over the counter medications.. Costumer service is great & staff members all get along so no tension in store (I have experienced this at other stores).. Price’s are great & PBS scripts are back to 5.80 which others didn’t put back down.. Great products great shopping experience

Ridiculously long lines. It will take a month of sundays to get to the checkout. They need s much better system than this. The website says it’s currently not as busy as usual… you must need to bring your swag with you and camp during the busy times. Never again. IGA ate more expensive but at least they employ some staff!
This Coles has pretty good stock in the shop. It opens early in the morning, which is very handy for a big bush shop. However, only the self-service checkouts are open early in the morning, so it’s a bit tricky in this regard.
Store is decent, a bit short on supplies but the carpark and scenery is absolute entertaining chaos, the vehicle antics and surrounds is mayhem. Do recommend
We stopped in to top up the caravan. Great range and seemed to be fully stocked. I needed assistance from a few shopfloor staff and they were extremely friendly and helpful.
Went through self serve checkout and the attendant working that area was phenomenal. I wanted to hire her for my own retail store back in Melbourne. She had brilliant customer service. Wish I knew her name so she could get this feedback given to her.
Visited in July around 4pm. It was amazingly busy. 2 police outside the liquor shop. Security outside the Coles. One friendly, one scary. Coles itself was well stocked. Prices were ok considering where we are. Parking outside was busy but there were still safe parking spots available. The is a woolies in town as well if that takes you fancy.
