a week agoI am a recently new patient to this clinic. I have found Dr. Rana to be thorough, considered and helpful, with prompt referral to a specialist when it was considered prudent.I will continue attending this clinic, I am very happy with the care and attention provided by Dr. Rana.
6 months agoGone completely down the drain with the new owners and management. The male dr is rude and uneducated when it comes to simple skills like interacting kindly with patients and listening to their needs. Told me before I even discussed my issues that they weren’t a “drug clinic” and they don’t “prescribe drugs” four people I know who go there experienced this too …. Never in my life have I felt so judged without any reason. All of the original doctors are gone, none of the old patients go here anymore. It’s honestly so disappointing. I had been going here since I was 7.After ONE appointment with him, I’d never step foot in there again.. Even if I was in desperate need. Feel sorry for the locals, especially the oldies… Only good thing remaining are the reception staff.
4 months agoI had visited Dr. Ali Rana for my infection in right side of the throat and he advised to visit hospital. I requested for referral but he told to visit emergency department. Also, asked if i am really bad with infection to visit hospital. Its gonna take long hours for queue.Hight disappointed

If youre looking for a condescending dr who implies you’re a liar then this is the place for you.9 months agoI have been going to this clinic for few years now. In terms of reception Alex is the best and of all the doctors I have consulted Dr Rana is by far the best! I would say he is the best I have consulted in 13 years. He really cares, he explains everything and gives you the time you need. Above all his communication is not rushed. He probes into the issue with questions and gets to the bottom of the issue. I am glad I consulted him today and I know whom to see next if I need a Doc. Thank You Doctor Rana

The experience at Unique Medical Centre is exceptional all the time. During my mom’s visit Dr. Sam took care of her really well and my mom was very comfortable to go and see the doctor. Recently I had my flu vaccine and the nurse was very caring and helpful. Staff is really good and very satisfying booking the appointments any time. Highly recommended for the best service.
Got my 2 grandaughters today for vaccination. The nurse who gave jabs to them didn’t use alcohol swabs before doing inserting the needles! This is so frustrating!!!!! My eldest granddaughter is 3 and the youngest is only 4 months! This is totally malpractice! I hope Dr. Prabath can read my feedback
