3 months agoBest service I’ve used when unable to get into my local gp! Very reliable and has helped me many of times all doctors are friendly and fantastic. Definitely would recommend this service highly. Big respect to those working late to help unwell people of the communities. ☺️5 months agoCalled the dr at around 8 pm as my baby was not feeling well and the lady advise dr will be at my home within 4 hours time. Again called at 10:45PM and I was advise to call 11:00PM as she will able to give me ETA of doctor. Called at 11 PM and the lady said sorry we are not getting connected with dr and unable to provide ETA. Never Never trust these guys they are useless. Just playing over other’s health. Never call you again Good Luck10 months agoWe had a visit last night for a sick child. I cannot thank the doctor enough. They called 20 minutes before arriving. The level of skill this doctor has is outstanding, the level of compassion and comfort beyond any expectation by a long long way. I highly recommend 5 stars. Thank you for providing this service.6 months agoThe absolute dumbest system I’ve ever come across, made 4 attempts to have a Dr attend, not once have I been successful… nothing having a Dr start call outs at 6pm but they don’t accept calls or bookings until 6pm… so what n does the Dr do for the first hour??? So dumb…a year agoWhat a waste of time that was. Rang at 5pm on a Saturday, was told I would get a call after 8pm. Called at 9:30 to see if I could get an approximate time they would call, which I was told could be any time. 12:20am (I was sleeping as I was obviously sick) and was prescribed antibiotics with no pain relief. Still waiting on said prescription.There is no point offering this service as an option instead of hospital if they cannot complete in a timely manner and with proper assessment. Not the first time I have used this service but will definitely be my last.

a month agoHad a very painful ear infection and unable to see regular GP. I decided I needed to try elsewhere. Receptionist at Rosny was very pleasant and I was able to see Dr Wong in after hours surgery. Twenty minutes later I started on a course of antibiotics thanks to the chemist virtually next door. I made a good decision for once!3 months agoI see Dr Nixon regularly and she always takes time to ensure I am looked after properly. Dr Lovell is also very kind. I had my first consult with Dr Lloyd today after switching clinics; although I had previously met him during my husbands initial consult with him.
He already knows (haha) but I think he is amazing. He is one of the best doctors I have come across; knowledgeable, open minded, funny, and genuinely cares about his patients.
I have ongoing medical issues, one of which is potential endometriosis. I have been trying for years to get help for it, but haven’t been taken seriously by several specialists. In all honesty, I gave up trying to get it sorted.
After explaining it to Jonathan, he did some quick research and found a medication that may be able to help, which won’t interfere with other medical issues.
I know it seems small, but when you have had 20 years of chronic pain and feeling like there is no end in sight, and no one takes it seriously, having a GP who WANTS to help you (when specialists in the particular field wouldn’t) really makes a difference.
I don’t want to give him a big head, but it has to be done, because he is a rare find.
Please don’t let him go!
Always on time, with friendly staff. Doctors are knowledgeable and helpful, as well as being accessible. I have a regular GP with city doctors as I have complex chronic medical conditions, but if they are away I am 100% comfortable seeing an alternative doctor in the interim for my ongoing healthcare. Also, the lovely nurse who gives the injections is a total pro – you can’t feel them at all! Would recommend city doctors in Hobart city location every time!
Dr Tooth was marvelous when discussing my travel needs. He explained everything in a humorous and professional manner, he has had even travelled to the same destination I am going to. I would highly recommend booking with him if you have any upcoming trips planned.
