a week agoGenerally, I’ve had a good experience with UFS since I’ve been collecting my meds there since 2016. The staff are patient when it’s very busy, as some people, like myself, suffer with various health conditions. I’m glad there is a chemist that’s open 24 hours a day.a week agoAfter dealing with the pharmacist Muhammad his pathetic hollow apologies after the fact left my wife in palliative care at home in pain because of his lack of knowledge I wish him the best in life because he’s going to need it. The biggest flog I’ve heard. Absolutely a POS don’t go there. Full of junkies so they think everyone is and don’t pay attention to the issues.2 months agoI have a pharmacy elsewhere in the city but they couldn’t supply me with an Epilepsy drug script. I rang Bendigo UFS and spoke to Kerian and he was excellent! The pharmacy was able to dispense the script, problem solved! Excellent pharmacy, I may consider changing to Bendigo UFS!4 weeks agoHad a wound that needed dressing over a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, nurses Veronica and Armi were lovely and incredibly helpful2 months agoThe staff are lovely but it can take a ridiculously long time for scripts to be filled.

Rehabilitation unit are simply amazing, the staff the physio the gym all put up an amazing opportunity for patients to reach their best level of mobility. My rehab Dr was so wonderful and so helpful. To give 10/10 is not enough.

What a wonderful group of professional and friendly carers/medical staff. Also delighted with a great room service menu – great range of healthy food. Congratulations.a year agoThis is my second time I have elected to have surgery at St John of God – I think this hospital should get an award for Service Excellency and should be be held up as such to all other hospitals. Great staff, so well trained in customer service, dedicated nursing and ward staff, great room service meals. Wish we had a hospital like this at my home town in NSW – well done to all levels from management down to hospitality and cleaners etc ?7 months agoWe had our first baby at SJOG Bendigo and had the best experience. TThe food was beautiful which we were not expecting from a hospital, the new room service menu was fantastic, we could just call and order our food at a time that suited us, the menu had so much variety and the food was delicious. Thank you all so much, we look forward to having our next baby at SJOG Bendig2 years agoAbsolutely first class care. Staff on the surgery ward and admission are a credit to St John of God. I want to recognise my so lovely nurse Amy she was so concerned with my well being I sent a extra night. Also Miss Hannah was wonderful. The hospitality staff Shirley and Charlie make a great cuppa and take the time to have a chat. When being discharged Hannah ensured I had a escort-thank you Emily for waiting with me until my husband arrived to pick me up out front
Only saw one negative person and that was when waiting for the lift on discharge, however that one person is not a reflection of the engaging people I met during my stay across all areas of the hospital.

I have always found everyone from the receptionist, nurses to my Doctor very friendly, helpful and professional. I always feel comfortable and leave feeling everything has been explained to me. They listen and they care.
Staff were courteous and appointment was on time.
Was able to get parking out the front.
And was able to make booking the day before.
I attended this clinic today and received comprehensive information for a planned trip. Three immunizations were given today and appointments made for three more. Costs and options were freely discussed and I know I can ask questions if needed. Well done Bendigo Medical Centre
My visit to the clinic was not pleasant.
I found the manner of the treating doctor to be unacceptable. I don’t think the Doctor appreciated me mentioning what injections I thought I needed.
The Dr would not allow me to have the injections due to a note on file with my regular GP (same clinic) that I had a follow up appointment to fulfil. Regardless of notes I was told by my GP no follow up if I am ok which I am.
So the visit today to one of his colleagues was disappointing to say the least. Probably been with this clinic for forty to fifty years but will look for another clinic.
I have managed a Hospital and I know how people should be treated.
Visited the facility for a medical check up. Nurses Laura and Dr. Avram has been very helpful. The place has a Melbourne Pathology lab too. Paula has been very helpful in the Lab. Graet service. nice ambience and ample dedicated parking in the front with street parking too. Great experience.
