The staff are nice enough but in all honesty the place is filthy. Everytime I bring the lady I care for here, I end up sick and I swear it’s because the place is never cleaned. Filthy, I asked the receptionist if they had a cleaner and she answered no. Which is extremely obvious.

Was visiting Bunbury and needed to see a doctor. Myself, baby and husband all visited this practise. Reception was professional, kind and helpful. Dr Travis was very helpful and explained things thoroughly. The wait time could use some improvement but otherwise very happy with our experience with them and the services they provided.

Called in while I was on a busy time crunch and lovely receptionist Catie helped me with all the information I needed, was able to direct me to the location of services on the website with ease and handled the rushed situation well. A receptionist that can handle a customer in need of quick and fast service, what more could I ask for. Thank you so much!

Tried to call all day to see if I was able to book an appointment, Phone line was always busy and would not be able to get a call through. Went into the building and was waiting for about 20 minutes before I was asked if i needed to be served. I’m not sure if it was the manager or owner, but they were yelling at a co-worker or quite frankly, raising their voice in regards to other patients. unprofessional workplace, the person who worked at the desk in the morning was very rude and had attitude. Not sure if all workers are like this but today was definitely not the day to seek help from this practice.

I had the worst hospital experience here. My first was the night I was transferred and left to suffer without antibiotics that I had been assured would be there. The second was the taking of a sample for testing, and then being told for almost 48 hours after the sample was given, that I hadn’t provided the sample. The third was when a nurse read my chart incorrectly and started me on oral antibiotics while I was still on IV antibiotics. I cannot fault Dr Azlan. A marvellous doctor and human being. The one thing this hospital has in its favour.

Excellent experience & outstanding care while admitted for day surgery today. From Admissions staff/Ortho registrar/Ortho surgeon? including great theatre staff/ward nurses all so caring, happy & efficient! Lovely clean room/bathroom. Very nice food served with a friendly smile. Big thank you to all St John’s staff ❤️We only ever hear about the negatives & you should all be so proud of your amazing, nursing care & professional attitude with patients.

I had my first major operation this week, and I cannot fault the nurses and doctors care throughout my stay. Regular checking if I’m in any pain, uncomfortable or feeling ill. The level of care and compassion given has been well over expectations. Being a catholic/christian private hospital, I was offered any religious care, and was not pressured to accept. They didn’t treat me any differently to those within the faith and I felt listened to and respected. The level of care towards my family and communication with them while I was in recovery was quick and unprompted, giving me comfort in knowing that my parents were aware that the surgery went well and according to plans. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

My very first surgical procedure to have some wisdom teeth extracted. I was very nervous and anxious. The staff were nothing but amazing, from admission to surgery then discharge. I was well looked after and felt safe and comfortable.

  1. I’ve been sent to the emergency hospital several times for blood transfusions and vision problems. The medical treatments have been outstanding with doctors even conferring with specialists at Royal Perth Hospital. They don’t give up until they’ve nailed the problem. Nurses too are very considerate and attentive. I’ve never been to a better hospital

  2. My Dr sent me to emergency department after getting a cactus thorn stuck under my fingernail. Wait time is expected in hospital they are busy and sometimes have to manage with low staff. I got through in a normally expected time and the Dr performed the procedure to get the thorn out cutting part of my nail off to reach it. Two nurse orderlies walked past the room and asked if I wanted a blanket. When the Dr finished and approved discharge I stood up and felt faint. He told me to sit back down and got me a bottle of water. After 30 more mins he asked if I was okay to walk out I said I still felt wobbly but wanted to go home. He organised an orderly to get a wheel chair and got me home. Absolute top service from every person in the hospital. We have it far better here in WA compared to other states. Thank you.

  3. Dear ED & ICU Team,
We are profoundly grateful for the exceptional care provided to our beloved mum and grandmother. Each member of your team demonstrated remarkable professionalism, compassion, and expertise, going above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. The kindness and support shown to our family were immeasurable, making a significant impact on her recovery journey. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire medical and nursing staff for their dedication and exceptional care.
Our deepest appreciation to the staff below.
Nurse Frankie, Dr Duan ,Dr Ahmed, Dr Amina, Dr Daniel, Nurse Jose, Nurse Sharie, Dr Molly, Nurse Bimi , Dr Cox, Nurse Joyce, Nurse Mel, Nurse James, Dr Jill, Dr Evans. There were a few more amazing people, I’m sorry that I didn’t get your names.

  4. My 85 year old dad was recently admitted with a broken hip via ambulance. From the ambulance to the A&E staff to the nurses and doctors on the surgical ward, we could not ask for more compassion, empathy, humour and care shown to not only our dad but his family as well. You guys a true legends. Much love.

  5. I recently had an Ambulance take me to Bunbury Hospital wth Chronic back pain. I cannot thank the Ambulance staff and all of the Doctors and Nurses enough for the care and kindness I have been shown from the tea lady right through to the nurses, Doctors and Allied Health. At all times I felt cared for and in safe hands.
