3 weeks agoMum saw Dr. Singh today and he was very patient, kind and thorough. He diagnosed her quickly and accurately and we can always really on his opinion. I have been a patient for years, and can’t recommend Evan’s street enough.a week agoMy partner went into Evans street clinic tonight and spoke to reception to see if he could get a script printed for me as I have been bed ridden for the last 2 weeks with broken ribs and in need of painkillers to get through the night and was under the impression my dr had given me a repeat due to the pain I was in when I had my last appointment. Instead of reception assisting my partner and perhaps seeking another professional opinion he was met with resistance from reception and an unwillingness to help in light of my situation. What happened to willingness to be kind these days and go above and beyond for service!!!3 months agoGreat experience today. The receptionist Kathy was just so compassionate, caring and lovely to deal with. Dr Ramesh was extremely thorough and gentle with my two young boys. Very grateful to have found a great GP clinic.a month agoReceptionist was friendly and notified Doctor of my appointment. After a short wait, the doctor called for me where he attended to my reports and adjusted my medications in accordance with my test results and sent me on my way, Very happy. Regards RayParry.2 months agoI waited for one and half hours to see a doctor when I visited for the first time and I thought maybe it was a very busy day. Second time I waited for 2 hours to see a doctor. Now I think this is kind of normal for this clinic so please aware when you are there for your appointment you are expected to wait for your doctor at least one hour.

Great experience. All the staff were friendly and professional and fitted me in as a new patient for which I was very grateful. Dr Baselyous had a lovely quiet and calm manner and was very helpful. So glad to have such a great clinic near where I live.
Receptionist was lovely both on the phone for booking and in person when checking in. Doctor was great, made me feel comfortable and was knowledgeable. Bulk billed which is so helpful especially these days. Only reason for not getting 5 stars was the long wait, but that’s expected at all doctors these days sadly. Definitely recommend.
Dr Heslop was very pleasant to have as my GP. The first time I was treated by her was during my first pregnancy. She has a lovely demeanour and was supportive of my choices. Pleasant woman.
I have just had my 3rd consult with Josie and all is going really well. My weight & blood sugar levels are consistently dropping and this has been very encouraging. My journey with Josie has been extremely positive.

I couldn’t get into my usual doctor at evans street but i needed to see a doctor about one very swollen and potentially broken finger so i bit the bullet and booked into gap road late last night.
I knew it had been a while since i had been there (5 years) but being naiive i figured someone would tell me if there was going to be a fee for booking. Of course i found out at reception that there is an $80 appointment fee to which i said thats a lot of money is it possible for me to see a nurse or someone who can help relieve me of some pain. Instead I was met with confrontation and attitude, even after saying respectfully that i would pay the cancellation fee and I’ll go somewhere else. I didn’t want to be in the clinic for a minute more and my experience with that receptionist was so uncomfortable and antagonistic, something no one should have to go through, especially not in a health care setting.
