Their diagnosis and treatment is really good and I have experienced that many times in my last 6 years. My whole family trusts them with any urgent need and we love how patient and understanding they are in those times. I have seen the doctor go beyond his duties to request an early specialist appointment for me as well on urgency.a month agoDr. Murali is an exceptional family doctor in Western sydney ,who genuinely cares for their patients’ well-being. He has been our family doctor for the last 11 years.He and his team are a highly skilled team of doctors who are understanding their patients.He not only explains the issue suggests alternatives with short and long term affects for treatment. a year agoI visited the Burdekin Road Medica Centre for a GP appointment. While I made an online booking and arrived 5 min prior to my appointment (3:40 pm), I was waited for 40 min (4:20 pm) to meet the practitioner. Even people arriving 10-20 min after me, met the GP before me and left the centre earlier than me. This is something out of my expectations. Very disappointed as they should respect and value my time. However, I was very satisfied with the GP. He was attentive and respectful.3 weeks agoDr.Vinay is the Best GP ever !! Calm,Patience,Helpful, Listen and give the Best advice which treats your solution !! They got Best Reception Team with always helping,Positive attitude,Getting right work done and Mainly Always smiling!! Dr. Vinay Mehra is our family doctor and we are very grateful to have access to his services. We will always remember the right advice he provided for a stressful and challenging health issue. My family has been going to this practice for nearly 10years. Very professional and caring Doctors. Dr Sujeeva is our family doctor. In her absence, have been to some other doctors. Always had a good experience. With correct and prompt diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Nidarshi Fernando is our GP, she is an excellent doctor and gives our family a good care. We have been visiting this practice for the past 2 years and have received our vaccinations in this practice. The practice has pathology facility and dental treatment is provided as well. The staff at the reception are very friendly, kind and courteous. My children are very comfortable with Dr. Nidarshi and have always got the right medical advice. Highly recommended for their timely and friendly service.
our family of 3 generations (us, baby, and our parents) see Dr Nidarshi Fernando. (sometimes other doctors when she’s unavailable) all are fantastic. all are genuinely caring.. we’ve been going here since 2021. we had few emergencies, and they were able to accommodate us despite fully booked clinic, just to make sure all is well with us. The nurses there are all lovely and caring, Serena especially, who is gentle also with vaccine injections, she’s is very cheerful. Receptionists are also great and friendly! thank you everyone!
