3 months agoBest service I’ve used when unable to get into my local gp! Very reliable and has helped me many of times all doctors are friendly and fantastic. Definitely would recommend this service highly. Big respect to those working late to help unwell people of the communities. ☺️5 months agoCalled the dr at around 8 pm as my baby was not feeling well and the lady advise dr will be at my home within 4 hours time. Again called at 10:45PM and I was advise to call 11:00PM as she will able to give me ETA of doctor. Called at 11 PM and the lady said sorry we are not getting connected with dr and unable to provide ETA. Never Never trust these guys they are useless. Just playing over other’s health. Never call you again Good Luck10 months agoWe had a visit last night for a sick child. I cannot thank the doctor enough. They called 20 minutes before arriving. The level of skill this doctor has is outstanding, the level of compassion and comfort beyond any expectation by a long long way. I highly recommend 5 stars. Thank you for providing this service.6 months agoThe absolute dumbest system I’ve ever come across, made 4 attempts to have a Dr attend, not once have I been successful… nothing having a Dr start call outs at 6pm but they don’t accept calls or bookings until 6pm… so what n does the Dr do for the first hour??? So dumb…a year agoWhat a waste of time that was. Rang at 5pm on a Saturday, was told I would get a call after 8pm. Called at 9:30 to see if I could get an approximate time they would call, which I was told could be any time. 12:20am (I was sleeping as I was obviously sick) and was prescribed antibiotics with no pain relief. Still waiting on said prescription.There is no point offering this service as an option instead of hospital if they cannot complete in a timely manner and with proper assessment. Not the first time I have used this service but will definitely be my last.

a month agoHad a very painful ear infection and unable to see regular GP. I decided I needed to try elsewhere. Receptionist at Rosny was very pleasant and I was able to see Dr Wong in after hours surgery. Twenty minutes later I started on a course of antibiotics thanks to the chemist virtually next door. I made a good decision for once!3 months agoI see Dr Nixon regularly and she always takes time to ensure I am looked after properly. Dr Lovell is also very kind. I love Sandra and the other girls at reception. Thank you for your great care.3 weeks agoFriendly front door staff member. My appointment was on time. Dr Lovell very friendly & professional, as always. Was happy to see there are no more mandatory mask wearinga month agoRidiculous you wouldn’t see my baby tonight, 3 people waiting in room! You guys definitely could of squeezed her in and babies should be priority over people that go in with a cold!!! Receptionists were friendly and helpful.
It was a little noisy when trying to talk with them through the divider making it a little hard to hear them.
Dr was exceptionally warming and comfortable to deal with.
Very helpful all round.
A beautifully well designed and ran clinic,,, upon entering the car park and walking inside you can tell there has been a lot of thought and planning that has gone into the design and how it is run..
Waiting room is not over crowded,, all areas are well lit, including the Doctors room having sky lights.. a very Zen like feel.
Whilst waiting I observed Doctors and Nurses even though busy, I found they all either greeted you with a hi or hello or smiled at you so refreshing to see a happy work place that’s up lifting.
A very top rated clinic that truly cares for its patients and Doctors as a whole ,,
Front office staff are efficient & welcoming. Excel in follow up. Two GPS consulted helpful, approachable, listen, & seemed knowledgeable. Waiting area needs more tidying up. Parking spaces provided are cramped when large vehicles park there. I had to park some way away as there were no parking spaces…this means needing to arrive earlier than appointed time. Would suggest restrict size of vehicles in parking spaces.
I’m very happy with this medical practice and specifically, my regular doctor. The administration staff are very helpful and friendly. They are very flexible with contact so you can make online bookings, call them, leave a message or even email. They are a very modern practice.
Had a amazing experience! Spoke to Brooke and she was so lovely and got me a appointment for my sick 12 month old within 10 minutes! I also seen Dr Sam and he was fantastic
