Harvest lakes medical is my regular medical centre and have found the service and standards usually very good.in the last weekDr. Idris is the best. He’s been my doctor for many years now and comes highly recommended. He is a great listener, very attentive and get what’s needed covered in a highly professional way. I go see my chiropractor Dr Aaron and he is friendly, professional and attentive. Kelly at reception is absolutely lovely, helpful and always has a smile on her face.4 months agoMe and my family have been going to Harvest Lake Medical Centre for over 4 years. Dr Ahmad is such a great doctor. He is good listener. He listen the patients issue with patience, very friendly with kids, make them feel comfortable, diagnoses the issue and explain to patient. How can i forget the reception staff member, all the staff member are always happy and treat all patrons with their great customer service skills.they even advise the patients that you are on which number with doctor which give the patient a idea that how long is wait. In summary, I would say the best medical centre i have ever been too.2 months agoFrom the moment you arrive and are greeted by your name, to the doctor’s and nurses, you are not just a number. I, personally, have a number of doctors I see in this practice. They all have access to my records, test results etc and treat me accordingly. This practice works together for the best outcome for the patient. They also have a wealth of specialists visiting as well so it is very convenient to see everyone in the one place. I travel 30 minutes to get to this practice.

2 weeks agoSeriously scary midday phone wait times. Sometimes there’s no way to avoid calling. It’s ok in the mornings. There are some great doctors like Dr Siti and it’s wonderful that it’s still possible to see a doctor these days.in the last weekDr S. Dissanayake is ultimately the best GP I have ever had she’s thorough & cares about her patients! she is amazing with my children & Staff are super nice helpful & always efficientin the last weekI give this practice 1 star because. I cannot give them a 0 I was told by the girl to come down and they would fit me in. After giving them my information on paperwork Medicare number phone numbers etc I was then told by the young receptionist. without absolutely no eye contact as if she was just talking to a computer screen, as I was sitting in the waiting room I found this to be quite rude I was then told after waiting there for approximately 20 minutes filling out paperwork that the doctor doesn’t take on new patients why wasn’t this told to me in the beginning? I would steer clear of this place at all cost as it is a colossal waste of time and extremely disrespectful. & it really could do with a good dose of air freshener.??3 months agoI appreciated the urgency to squeeze in a new client where my regular surgery wouldn’t, because I hadn’t been there for 14 months! Wish I could give 0 star rating. Saw a variety of doctors and can’t get a prescription as they want me to see my regular GP (who has left this surgery) Doctors are rude, give no service and still charge you. These ”doctors” need some customer service training ASAP. Better yet bulldoze the place and start again
Very disappointed in an experience here with Dr David Sutcliffe.
Trying to force our child to put on a mask even though multiple RAT tests were negative before coming into the medical centre.
At what stage will the medical community get back to pre covid care and actually solely focus on the care of
patients. Having a parent and child upset leaving a medical centre is counter productive. Review patient care polices and think about the hippocratic oath and what physicians are supposed to do first and foremost.
Don’t bother if you prefer to make appointments by phone. Last attempt was a wait time of 59 min, I gave up and hung up, nothing under a 30 min wait.. Lack of adequate staff must be good for profits. I will not be using this medical centre again.
If you want to see a doctor here, make sure you don’t have plans or anything because doctors are always late. Decided to try booking with a private billing doctor, hopefully be seen to quicker and better results. WRONG. Not only was the doctor over 45 minutes late! Get told he can’t do anything go to the hospital and still charges full amount.
And you can’t cancel because you’ll still be charged even though they’re the ones running late. Oh and still having to pay even though he did nothing.

Very poor service, you pay for a private appointment and get a really bad GP service, when you complain they do nothing to help. You book a telehealth believing you’ve been in within the past 12 months for them to just not call at all, 1 hr after the appt you call them to wait on hold for 30 mins and get told the Dr puts you in “waiting room” on the system that’s not monitored so no one was going to tell you you just waisted your morning waiting for an appointment that would not happen. Staff are so rude here.
