5 months agoGood service. But I really have a terrible experience buying a bike in here. First they assembled the wrong bike for me, made me went there for nothing. Second time I phone them and they told me it was already built, but after I came found that it actually not. Third time I finally got my bike, but on my way home the gears of the rear wheel was suddenly loosen, and the handle was also not tight made me almost fell off the bike,it was really dangerous! The bike assemble is so unreliable! I will definitely not recommend you to buy your bike in this store.2 months agoThis morning I been to Gungahlin Kmart to get the poster printed. I met Mitch who is a manager there. He was great with his customer service and helped me with everything I needed. Great leader. Thanks Kmart for hiring such an amazing leader. ??in the last weekUntrained staff who cannot generally answer questions. Always long lines for check outs and service desk. I don’t shop here any more. 3 weeks agoNo toilet facilities available for a four year old. Asked staff and was told we had to walk a block to doctors rooms. An exception should be made for children and the elderly. Hope they have fun putting this back on the shelves. They’ve lost me as a customer.2 weeks agoPretty disappointed. I was advised by Kmart online that my order was ready so I arrived to find it wasn’t. When I then went to purchase the frames I needed for business, the lady handed me a damaged frame from the back of house area instead of one from the shelf which we walked past a number of times.Disappointed by Kmart online as well for their lack of assistance and dissatisfied with the level of service from Kmart Queanbeyan.
4 years agoGood -This Kmart will tell you what must buy. So many cheap stuffs with reasonable quality and price. -Wide enough each passageway. -Friendly staffs. -Free car parkBad -Public toilet was out of order or dirty often.
2 months agoI just have to say, the customer service at Kmart Queanbeyan was amazing. So much more friendly & helful than Tuggeranong, ACT. Justen at the checkout was so friendly & accommodating. He could see I was struggling, so offered to scan for me. The lady at the door was so friendly & helpful. Store was neat & tidy.3 months agoIt’s a mixed feeling with this Kmart, some staff members are great, but some are already annoyed from u before u even speak and some would give u a flashback of 1970’s movies where a character is racially profiled and they put up a show of passive racism lol. The aisles and clothes can be scattered at times, but can blame them much due to how busy the place is generally.

I recently visited KMART store to shop for summer clothing for my kids, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed a breeze. The staff members were also friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect outfits for my kids.

Horrible customer service by one of your night team member Sammy. Very unprofessional, started screaming(literally) to us, acting violently( throwing all the devices she had)when she could have just just talked to the manager about the stuff she wasn’t sure about. I hope some action will be taken by head office since she is very unfit to work and take effective action immediately. Wouldn’t want to come back and get served by such rude behaviour persona.

Just got home from printing some passport type photos. I must say it was an extremely straightforward process, even readily uploading my photo via Bluetooth. I am tempted to think the experience was made so easy due to my flirtatious ramblings but I suspect it was more due to Carmel & Shauna’s desire to be so efficient and helpful.
Poor customer service. Staff does not know anything. They keep on moving you around the whole store and in the end they say we cant do it. Such a wastage of time. Refund and exchange policy is worst. They say something else at the time of purchasing and when go for refund they just dont do it. Very poor experience.
