I have been to this store a few times and every time I come the store is I expectedly closed! It’s so frustrating to come downtown for this store and constantly be turned away!

I recommend going to the Congress street store.

After reading the latest article about Lulu firing employee from preventing theft. I will no longer hold stock, purchase clothing or support LULU in anyway! Done Done! You don’t fire employees for doing what’s right! Good luck!

Great experience at this location with an exchange! Wonderful customer service! I didn’t catch the person’s name who helped me, but thank you for being you!

I recently visited this Lululemon location and had an amazing experience thanks to Jess.

She was not only knowledgeable about the products, but also incredibly attentive to my needs. Jess encouraged me to try on some pieces I wouldn’t have thought to try on myself and helped me find the perfect shirt (first Lululemon purchase, and I was just visiting Austin from Toronto!)

Her expertise and genuine interest in helping me find what I was looking for made all the difference. Jess was supportive and I didn’t feel pressured or stressed while shopping…

While we have plenty of Lululemon stores in Toronto, I’d likely swing by this store next time I’m visiting! The store may not be the biggest, but Jess is truly a gem!

Wonderful experience. Thank you Jess and your team for making my visit as easy and stress free as possible. I am not comfortable buying clothes for my wife but the employees helped me out and Jess went out of her way to assure me I was making the right choice. Thanks again!

Stopped in for a replacement leggings for the wife. The representative was awesome took care of me from the moment I entered the store. I most definitely will be back to purchase and shop exclusively at this location. Multiple thumbs up to store clerk.

Today was my first time trying on lululemon leggings. Honestly I was sooo intimidated and had no idea where to begin. Not even a minute went by before I was greeted by the staff. They were so beyond helpful!! I tried on one pair, didn’t work – they didn’t hesitate to help me find other options in my length and size. 8 pairs later WE found the perfect pair! I was so blown away by the care, kindness, and patience with literally EVERY single lululemon “educator” – I have been schooled! The intimidation and nervousness I had about even going into a Lululemon store has now been wiped clean. Beat expectations and the above and beyond customer care make these leggings feel even better. Thank you to the Barton creek staff today for bringing me comfort and joy – and of course helping me find my perfect leggings finally after 12 years.

Amazing experience, I believe his name was Johnny! We were amazed by the good service, he told us about tailoring the pants, and gave us his recommendations. Keep up the good work!

I had an awesome experience with one of the saleswoman helping me. Then I get to the checkout line and they won’t let me use my nurse discount despite me Having my badge in me. Absolutely ridiculous for a store that is already expensive. And on top of that they advertise they support healthcare workers but clearly they don’t. I should have refused the sale but i was in such a state of shock I just went ahead and purchased. Will be returning. How can I support a company that doesn’t support me?

Bethany at this location is incredibly rude and and dismissive. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of Lululemon, but the seams of my 1.5 year old aligns was coming undone from the hips. She asked what I’d been using them for and I replied Pilates. She scoffed at me and told them I was using them wrong and they were only for Yoga….lol it’s not like I was using them for running or CrossFit. I asked her a couple more questions to try to educate myself and she continued huffing acting as if I was wasting her time. Everyone else there was great- the people working the dressing room were very nice. Then I went back to try on something else and Bethany was working the dressing room instead. She didn’t say a word to me upon exiting the dressing room, while the man that had previously been there asked how things worked and offered to get me a different size on exiting the dressing room. So unfortunate that this location has such poor leadership! Never had an issue at any other location- go to the Domain location instead of you have issues with this one.

  1. The sales associate taking my return was incredibly rude – at first saying that returns had to have a receipt (despite seeing the purchase on my account) and then saying there was a new 30 day return policy – which is the first I’ve ever heard of this policy. I went to the lulu in SoCo and promptly was refunded with no fuss. Pass on this store.

  2. The most incompetent and rudest workers. This wasn’t the first incident and after this last interaction I will never shop this location. Last time, I spent $600 and they didn’t take off the security tags on half of my purchase and as I was walking out the alarm went off. Super cringe and embarrassing. I just went to make a return of brand new clothes w tags well within in the 30 day return and the girl was giving me major attitude. As if she’s losing money herself opposed to a multi billion dollar corporation. Then after all that she sarcastically says have a great one w a massive attitude. It was a young girl who’s probably of Hispanic or Asian descent. Maybe this location could do more training for their rude and incompetent staff. Avoid this location like the plague. I rather be waterboarded than shop here again.

  3. Lululemon it’s not what it was!
    Worst customer service at the
    domain store!! ??
new manager how needs to take a course how to communicate with customer’s!
and they hiring people (young kids )
and they are teaching them how
    to be rude as well!
I’m not going to shop with them anymore! ??

  4. I wished I read the reviews before heading to this store. I’ve been to all the lululemon stores in Austin and this store is the WORST BY FAR. I had an issue with a jacket and according to their online customer service, I should be refunded or have an even exchange and talked to 2 representatives to double check this. I went into the store and the first thing the girl said was “there’s nothing we can do” and told me to just solve my issue myself. I wish lulu would hire people who cared and gave customers more option. I’m truly disappointed by the lack of service. Every time I’ve gone into the store, no one has helped me and mind their own business. I wish there was another closer location in the North Austin area.

I urge customers who want to spend quality money to go somewhere else because the domain truly doesn’t care.

  5. Incredible employees. I didn’t catch their names but one had dark brown hair and the other one was blonde and they were both from Houston. I would go back just to talk to them. Is this sad? Yes. But I think it’s better than listening to podcasts
