Needs a bit of an upgrade I think.3 weeks ago11/7/23 Watchout for a ginger bearded bloke from Fred Hollows or with the “eye for an eye” written on the back of his orange t-shirt at the front entrance, he’ll be a condescending a hole to you if you don’t donate. Be aware!6 months agoit’s good when it’s open, the main entrance is a bit of a greenhouse when it’s too hot. There is a good selection of fresh items and it’s located in a very convenient place near Glenelg beach, however I was very disappointed when i needed to buy something and they had already closed for the day. on Saturday and Sunday they close at 5pm which is probably okay during winter but during summer it’s too early.6 months agoIf you’re comfortable with self-service convenience Glenelg Coles supermarket is well equipped with a lot of self service terminals to really speed up your shopping experience. Cash/card & card only terminals are in abundance. If you make an error in purchase. Don’t worry there are helpful staff at the ready to smooth out any mistakes. It’s easy. Just scan_ place your groceries in the bagging area _then complete your transaction by choosing a method of payment. It’s all touch screen _ and it’s easy. Prepaid vouchers for mobile phone can be purchased at self service terminals _ veggies & fruit are easily weighted & identification of your produce is simple. Made a mistake or scanned a product twice there’s always friendly staff standing by to offer you there help. It’s a really easy way too shop using the touch screens terminals. I really do recommend it. For a quick purchase or for a full trolley shop & the que is always shorter at the self-service check out area.a month agoFriendly staff and always a good offering of fresh food and specials to be had.

Love this store. Has a large range of items stocked. Staff are lovely and helpful when needed.
However I find although they are open really early mornings, the bakery items are never ready until later in mid morning.
I’ve been to this store a few times, and the stock level has always been satisfactory. There is a range of fresh products in the well maintained shop . The staff has always been friendly and helpful as well. Heaps of parking spots are available at the front.
Excellent service by Tom. He helped me to load 2 trolleys of soft drinks and unload into my car. He declined an appreciation, saying it’s his job and service. Great work, Tom. Thank you.

The staff members are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant shopping trip. The variety of products available caters to different preferences and dietary needs. Additionally, the convenient location of the store within Churchill Centre and the availability of ample parking spaces make it a convenient choice for shopping.
