3 months agoWe love Walmart! One star is for the convenience of ordering pick up or delivery. The other star is the polite employee working at the pick up department. However, my husband and I have had multiple issues with the quality of the products. It’s the carelessness and lack of quality assurance that need major changes.Last pick up purchase, came home and found spoiled months old avocados we did not order with our food products we did order.
We love Jacksonville! It just needs a lot of customer service improvement. God bless!
a month agoI don’t know what has happened to Walmart lately. For about a year they seemed to be making quite a few improvements. But when I visited there this afternoon I was disgusted – the moment I walked in the door.a week agoI rarely give 3 stars in reviews but this Walmart is pushing the self checkout and it just makes the whole experience terrible. The checkout itself is a pain and then they have associates watching everyone like a hawk. You might think that this is too provide assistance, but they usually can’t and have to call a manager. Then have the manager out there from the jump. Also, there is usually only one regular checkout line open now, at least when I go, which is usually peak shipping hours. The deals are good though so I don’t want to rate them too low.5 months agoShameful. This picture was taken on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at noon. Absolutely no excuse for this. 4 of six stalls out of order and a mess. We, as paying customers, deserve better.2 months agoI use Walmart+ online to order my groceries for delivery. They are fantastic at making sure I get what I want and they deliver on time. I’ve never used the curb side pickup but it looks like it’s run efficiently and when shopping in the store you can scan your groceries as you go and just pay at the register which is super convenient. I am a huge fan of Walmart. The only thing I can say to improve is bring back the 24 hour stores!!!!!

2 weeks agoThe staff at the location are great. The store is well maintained and clean. Be prepared to wait in line. Most of the store is dedicated to self checkout. It is extremely difficult to find a handicapped cart available. It would be a much better experience if they had carts available for the handicapped. There was three separate visits where I saw people waiting for one to be available on the benches because they could not walk around the store. This store would be a four or a five-star store if they fixed that and brought back cashier’s4 months agoEvery one in this Walmart is sooooo nice and pleasant. Every place so neat and clean. It’s one of the worst walmarts I’ve ever been to. I only go because the beer I drink is about 7 dollars cheaper than anywhere else. Every employee is talking to people on their head sets. Self check out and then stopped every time to prove what I paid for is mine. Anyone buying meat from there is insane. Lol. Go to Tillmans or even publix.

I had a emergency at work where my right shoe had bust open,I went to Walmart to find some slip resistance work shoes and they definitely had varieties of the low as $10..? I definitely found me some shoes in less than 5 mins…
This place. I needed a new microwave. Got one, I didn’t notice in the store the box was kinda dented. Got it home, the entire back of the microwave was dented. Returned it. Picked out another one, tried to get the one in the best looking box. Brought it home, it was also dented in the back. ? frustrated. How do you have an entire shelf of broken microwaves you’re trying to sell people?! Decided to return this one to the Walmart on Collins, which is so much nicer honestly. Finally got one that works!
I was about to buy something online for pickup tomorrow, but after calling on 9/14 at 9:20pm 4 different times to different extensions and every time being hung up on I decided to pass and not even try. Reading in the reviews people say it takes an hour to get helped at curbside pickup isn’t the experience I want. Wow… Walmart must be going under to allow this type of mismanagement for so long. #Hardpass
I had the creeps from the moment I walked in. Then with just 3 items, 2 of which would be considered awkward to carry, my parked cart suddenly disappeared. I was literally right beside it and the cart I parked next to was clearly abandoned yet mine disappeared. Somebody thought they’d have fun with me! Only NOPE! I retrieved another bag of what I needed, proceeded to check out and left! Never will return to this location by myself at this time of day 8:30 pmish on a Monday night !
I placed an online, curbside pickup order. Once I was parked, I checked in online. The order came out quickly. The young lady that brought the order to the car immediately informed me that one of the liquid detergents that I had ordered spilled. She had already sent someone to replace it for me. I received all the items that I ordered with no substitutes. I was there less than 20 minutes. I was very happy with the experience. I recommend the morning curbside pickup.
