a month agoI stopped in the home Depot for a tool and they had a good selection, got what I needed in minutes. I used the self checkout and there was no wait.This is a standard big box hardware store and they have everything you need.
I have rented trucks from there many times and they have good vehicles and reasonable rates.
a month agoI ordered a mirror and paid 8.99 for delivery. I got it the next day…and it was covered in mold underneath the plastic. See pics. They wouldn’t even answer the phone when I called so I and to call customer service for online orders, who then called them and got ahold of them. It’s obvious this is covered in mold and there’s no way one could miss it . Disgusting and I better get my $ backa week agoVery clean women’s restroom! It looks new and renovated. And the hardware on the stalls are sturdy and modern . ??2 weeks agoI went to the garden department and there was this assistant, I told her that I didn’t know anything about gardening, so she gave me a class of gardening 101. She showed me the right material I needed to buy. If you plan to go by into the garden, ask for Sarah. You won’t be disappointed. She’ll take great care of you. And I want to say this to Home Depot….this girl is a great asset to this company…Thank you Sarah for the great job.a month agoThis is the second time I wrote this review.. Do not remove it.. I will be reporting to corporate.The manager that my call was patched too. Show a little bit more restrain and professionalism. I am a disabled retired vet having speech issues due to my disability. There was no need for you to be laughing while I was trying to pronounce tow rental clearly. I know you understood me. And your giggling was uncalled for and unprofessional.

She offered me assistance without hesitation, giving me sound suggestions as friendly as can be. I can’t wait to try one of her suggestions, too. I know she’s on to something because it was the last one, which means it was meant for me. Thanks again, Melessia!?2 weeks agoSo many people walking around that work there but forget trying to get any help especially if you want to get paint mixed I call it the home Depot culture it’s a lot like going to the DMV or any other government bureaucracy. This is been my experience with all home depot’s their employees seem to be very lazy. If you want better service you have to go to Lowe’s.a month agoDelivered a different riding mower than paid for. Took almost a week to resolve and get the right one. Web site says “next day delivery”. Do not believe this. Could NOT get the assistant manager to call me back day after day even though he said he’d call me right back. Hours later I had to keep calling him.a month agoRented a penske in a pinch and this location had outstanding customer service! Vehicle was clean and in great condition. They did a thorough pre and post trip inspection and it was quick and easy.

Large selection of tools for rent. They always carry fruit trees, vines, and beautiful flowers. Good selection of appliances for your house. Grills and lawn mowers galore.
Once again Home Depot doesn’t disappoint went to plumbing dept they took care of my issue! Placed my large bulky purchase in my car! Amazing so impressed !
I’m never disappointed when I have to go to Home Depot. They always have what I’m looking for – somewhere logical, and easy to find – and should I need help there’s an employee available. I especially appreciate that no one assumes I need help, though, and just lets me do my thing.
Very friendly and helpful lady (didn’t catch her name) assisted me in finding an item that I needed. Prior to coming into the store, a homeless man was bothering people in the parking lot and was hanging around my car. Her (blonde with her hair in a ponytail) and another associate (young man with short dreads) walked me out and made sure I was able to drive off safely. Thank you both for your assistance today! I will be back to shop for sure ?
Found everything! Took some time, but I did it:) I love the fact you can get wood cut to length. Makes projects easier. Only downside… Military discount takes forever to load on phone. Best advice, bring up from app while shopping so it’s ready to scan at checkout.
