in the last weekThe store is large and has everything Walmart carries but waited 45 mins to get a men’s fragrance and that’s after i went to customers service counter 3 times. Then the next day self-check out didn’t give me back the change from my twenty so i got sent to customers service and i waited 15 minutes (it was thirteen minutes till customer service closed so i guess they got started early) so i got to my car at 10:03pm and i felt like that was to long to wait since the self check out machine is the one that didn’t give me the change i was owed and the problem was not my fault. Other than that, it’s a nice store.in the last weekI went there on my lunch hour to get some new prescription glasses. Jesse in the vision center was amazing! He helped me get some nice frames and was respectful of my limited time. Great personality, great prices and a good experience. I will go there from now on for my glasses!a week agoNever go to this walmart for any kind of car or truck service. Completely disrespectful! I’m a senior citizen @ 63 years old. The way I was treated is the worst I’ve ever been treated, at a place where I spent 700.00 on a single purchase. I’ll Never return.5 months agoConvenient. The staff was attentive. Competitive prices on most of the stuff that I need. I could maybe save more going elsewhere, but I would just spend more money on the gas getting there so I really wouldn’t save anything. I’m impressed with their vegetables and fruits although the prices are a little high. I go here for staple items. They have the best spring water.in the last weekVery bad service went in on a Sunday to pick up some beer as I always go and never have a problem this time I went with my girlfriend who is also over 21 and when it was time for checkout I was going to pay in self checkout and I scan my beer the employee comes over and says can I see your ID as I’m the one paying for the beer so I showed her my ID and then she asks my girlfriend and well since she left her ID at the house as this never had happens to us and we always go together all the time, it is not a federal law that says you both have to present an ID it’s like saying if I bring kids with me I can’t buy alcohol because they check everyone’s IDs which is ridiculous because it has never happened to me before and so I ask for a manager and she just comes up and says yeah it’s a new thing we are doing now and I stated it’s absolutely ridiculous that now everyone that is with you has to be ID which is super ridiculous because it isn’t a federal law it’s supposed to be the one who is paying for the beer is the one that shows the ID I would rate this 0 starts but sadly you have to have at least one I will not be coming back to any Walmart after that it’s a s absolutely ridiculous

in the last weekOne of the nicer Walmarts in the area. Friendly staffed and well stocked. Lots of self checkout lanes. Very few live cashiers… Cart management in the parking lot is not existent. More care should be taken to ensure they aren’t blowing into cars.4 months agoReese that was in the auto department was super helpful, friendly & had excellent customer service. He saw that I was having trouble finding power steering fluid for my SUV and offered assistance without me having to ask. He even asked for the details of the vehicle to make sure I knew what I was getting & recommended the best option. Thank you for the awesome experience, Reese! What a great experience after a long day. This guy needs a raise or promotion!2 months agoThe person at the auto center couldn’t be any less clueless when I brought in an old car battery to get my 12 dollars back. I said “return battery” and he just shrugged it off at first. Next thing you know it while he was giving my money, he asked if I had a penny. I didn’t have any so what did he expect? Walmart will always have clueless employees as usual. :/2 months agoI was going on a long trip to Canada. I brought my automobile in to have the oil changed, and all fluids looked at. I had the oil changed, and I asked if all the fluids were good and they said yes that they checked them. As I got closer to Minnesota, my transmission was running hot and I checked the fluid. It was very low. I took it to someone and they said that there was no leaks. That leads me to believe that they did not check my fluids. I will not be going to Walmart for any automobile service again.2 months agoCustomer service center associate was very helpful and nice. She met all of my needs and went above and beyond on a personal situation I had today. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but highly recommended and every Walmart employee I passed by had a smile on their face! I am from North Arlington and traveled over that side of Texas and wish all Walmarts were as helpful and friendly as this one today! Great team!

DO NOT trust what the manager of this walmart says. Was told I could could park beside there empty trailer in the parking Lott only to be charged charged 450 dollars to have a boot taken off. What a racket.
Not a bad place to shop. The only thing I hate is that they are getting away from customer service. You have to check out your purchases. The prices should be discounted since you are your own cashier.
Today enter in the store the front lady was rude I think she need to be train If she going to deal with people…. sorry just my opinion… store was fine checkout easy but that lady need to check her attitude.
5 Stars for this specific visit. Why? They had all the self check outs working. Lines went fast. Store was clean and well stocked. In and out faster than expected.

Awaiting a call back from Jillian before I take this issue to her area supervisor I had 2 transactions on 9/20/23 with a cashier, during my second transaction, my items were never taken off the carousel. Because I had so much stuff my missing items went unnoticed until I got home that evening. I immediately tried to contact the store as I assumed my items would still be there or that the cashier reported my items left behind. No answer after 4 attempts. I tried calling the store the next day 9/21 no answer; consequently I went back to the store.
Angela greeted me and she was very welcoming. Victoria offered to help me she was professional but of no help, loss prevention specialist Eddy and Kevin Daniels were already helping me and she could not interfere (which I understand). Kevin Daniels snatched my receipt from my hand and bucked at me when I tried to get it back. Eddy was unprofessional but Kevin was hostile and aggressive towards me. I have filed a formal complaint with corporate. I will continue to escalate this matter until I have a solution.
Here’s a tip: Just because you work at a Walmart in a low income area does not mean that you should be less professional, rude, or treat all customers like they are the same.
