a week agoWent to rent drain cleaner. They couldn’t rent me one because they had so many broken. The one they had was rented. If you are going to be a tool rental place, shouldn’t you keep the tools in good repair? Don’t make a wasted trip like I did call firsta week agoNo customer service! I asked for help and the lady called over the speaker for someone to meet me in the aisle I needed. I waited 20 minutes, went back to the front, and the lady called on the speaker again. Waited another fifteen minutes and no one came. I gave up and the lady caught me leaving and offered to help. I told her I was going to Lowe’s. They lost a $400 purchase.a month agoBy far the absolute worst experience at a Home Depot! My paint was not correctly color matched because they person decided to make it 5% lighter, I go in they fix it but give me a whole new paint and make me buy it rather than just fixing the one i already bought. While checking out the white male allows everyone else who is white in the self checkout to shelf checkout, but me. This is extremely upsetting being racially profiled, please educate your employees to do better. I wasted nearly an hour at this store on a day where I need to be moving and out of my home by a certain time.2 months agoIt’s home depot, so not much to say about the stock. You know what they have.People were great. This location really was a step above the average. The guys in equipment rental were great and knowledgeable, but also not afraid to say when they didn’t know something and to ask someone else. Big props here for not letting their ego get ahead of them.
a week agoI ordered backsplash 6 days ago and they canceled my order hours after I placed it due to broken stock and no one reached out to tell me. I go up today to pick it up and they inform me in person that it was canceled and I asked why I wasn’t informed and they casually stated that “someone usually does that.” I also stated that this sets me behind because we have an open house next week. No sorry, no let’s try and find a replacement, nothing. They also didn’t even process the original refund till now so I have to go find a similar backsplash elsewhere without the money I paid initially. Trash experience. Better off going to Lowes and that’s saying a lot.

3 months agoAlways find things I need to buy here!!! The employees are always helpful & knowledgeable. When I’ve posed a question they couldn’t answer, they sought out the right answer. Very helpful. The prices are good or, at the very least, in line with the competition! Good amount of stock & the place always seems to be well-organized & clean especially for the type store it is! Good restrooms, clean & well-stocked. Easy, fast checkout. After a bad experience at Lowe’s across the way I came over to Home Depot instead. I needed some 1x2x8 lumber and also needed it cut so could fit in my car. Lowe’s had refused to do it but y’all were willing. Thank you again and look forward to more business with you.4 months agoI always preface these reviews of big box stores everyone is familiar with by stating that I write it on the assumption we all know what the store is about and my base line is any Home Depot anywhere. This one is extremely neat and clean. It has a more high end feel, for example the patio furniture area on entering the store is very cozy and inviting. Items on shelf are organized, although some items are still hard to visualize. Like blinds are almost impossible with the way they are set up to find the size and type you are looking for. The tagging system could be set up in a less confusing way. Staff is friendly but also frequently don’t know the section they are in but that is not their fault. A frustrating thing to me at every big box garden center are the dehydrating spring plants. A pet peeve of mine. The last time I was there though, a young lady was on it and I was pleasantly surprised. I was surprised she has watered the Bonnie Plants well, which is cool because every other store in town seems to tell them they are on their own. Also it was frustrating that when I looked online, the website listed the sail shade I wanted as in stock. Once I got there and they checked the store computer it was not in stock at all. All in all a pleasant Hiome Depot that I would recommend.2 weeks agoBillie at the cash registers is a cranky lady who needs to quit if she is that unhappy in customer service. When we made our purchases today, a price needed to be fixed. She said she had to get a manager. After several minutes of fumbling and getting attitude, I asked her to just get the manager because I was tired of her rolling her eyes at me and my husband. When I asked her to call them because I was tired of her rolling eyes and attitude, she told me to “chill”. This is not the thing to say to a customer when your being cranky with them in the first place! After the manager talked with us, I told her what happened too. Apparently we aren’t the first to complain.

Love, love, love this place the best place to visit for home goods. Great prices. Just wish they would take time and cross train their employees. I had someone helping me cut some wood and I even brought the exact size wood for them to cut I got charged for 4 , 8 ft wood and only got 4 pieces out of it. All the other pieces were shorter and was told I have to pay for the whole piece. Sucks..
The place was clean and the girl behind taking our order was so cute and friendly. She was cold cause she got wet doing dishes. Needed a jacket or a better apron to not get wet. Loved the tree.
Had a very nice experience at this location. I was treated really good and received excellent service from the employees.
Ms. Debbie gives HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked to her line and she was counting cash she told me I’ll probably get you over there. “There” was somewhere behind her, so I move and waited for her to finish counting the cash. Then to moves to the other side and uses the phone. No problem I still waiting. She then proceeds to check out another guest who just walked up. I asked her what about me I followed your directions and you ring up someone else. She states she didn’t see me…. Then begins checking out the next person, I asked you’re still going to check him out knowing I’m right here and just spoke to you. She exchanges words but in the meantime, another employee stops and rings me up. I ask for the manager his name is Zak. As I waited for Zak a supervisor asked if she can help me, I told her it was about Debbie, she rolled her eyes, and I told her that tells me enough about Debbie and that this is a one time situation. She confirms and said I should speak to Zak. While waiting another gentleman in a red shirt states out loud. Do not work with this lady she has horrible customer service and should be fired. I confirmed with him that it was Debbie and he said yes. The employees know she is a known problem and this is not new. I speak to Zak and he states the same, and that they are addressing it. I told Zak, at this moment I’m no longer looking at Debbie being a bad apple. A bad apple is a bad apple. I’m now looking at management that either condones or has not corrected the problem.
Cathy in appliances is hands down the best associate at any store I have ever worked with. We purchased a fridge and she got us done in 15mins and was just amazing!
