Parking always a hassle here and with school starting I guess that made it worse. I think a lot of people were doing last-minute or quick in and out purchases. All 4 cars around me and a few others we went in and came out together. You tend to notice those things late night or after 9pm. Self service line had a good flow and made it a seamless to get through.

Customer Service Rep was so rude to the person ahead of me and then me. I tried calling the store after for a good 1.5 hours and no answer in a couple departments to transfer me to manager. I felt so strongly to report this employee that I called again a couple times later and then again next morning to report her and no answer. They must need more employees and better management

I am going to start by saying that I actually really like Walmart. I have several stores in my area and shop there regularly. I visiting my parents for a month while my dad is recovering from surgery so I found myself here…never to return if I ever even get to leave.

First stop, photo center. The item I custom ordered 3 weeks ago was supposed to be ready five days ago…no text or email that it was ready but also nothing about being delayed. Not only is it not here but I was told they can’t even find it in their system…even though I had the email with the confirmation number…and now I have to call an 800 number because it says the order can’t be canceled once it is in progress but I have to find another solution since it’s for a birthday tomorrow.

Second item on my list…a pulse oximeter. There were 3 $15 options shown as in stock on the website…but no one could find any of them.

Next few items were in grocery…two things I buy every week at my Walmart (one that is Great Value brand) and they didn’t have either one. The grocery section is SMALL and very limited. Last grocery item was ice cream for my dad…and that’s when I got in line to leave to go to Lucky or Safeway. The ice cream aisle was absolutely disgusting…like no one has cleaned or stocked or even looked at in weeks. Cartons were sticky, bent/opened and extremely freezer burned.

And I wrote most of this while in line…

It’s a huge change, new look. I like it. Just have to go look what you’re looking for. The new look makes the store to look much more bigger. New registers for self serve. Only the freezers not working, no ice cream. Very little but I know that it’ll be fixed and they’ll stock up on ice cream.

Hello. I’m a regular customer of this store and I always enjoyed shopping here. Unfortunately on Monday July 10th, I came to cash register and the cashier was really rude and unprofessional to the point that she urged with me. I asked for a bag for my items and she said she thought I didn’t want a bag. I repeated and asked politely again to please give me a bag and she start arguing that she didn’t think I needed. I really believe that this should be addressed with her and not letting her to ruin the store reputation and customer service. I believe her name was Hebeb, or habab. Because she was refusing providing her name spelling. Thank you

Not my favorite place to shop, by a long shot. I visit once or twice a year because they tend to carry a few brands of products I prefer but don’t find consistently elsewhere.

Checkout is slow, and the long line is only part of the problem. The card readers were taking a long time and not working very well. Paying cash and making change was faster. Even the self check seems to form enough of a line not to be worth it. When I visited, admittedly not the least busy time of day, many things were out of stock, and all checkers were busy although there were empty checkstands.

Visit if this is what’s close, what’s affordable, or what has the products you need. Otherwise, skip the inconvenience and avoid feeding the behemoth corporation.

Bicycle parking is one wave rack on against the west corner of the building, not that this is a bike-friendly location in the first place.

I came here two weeks ago looking for sunscreen. They wanted $12 for one 3 oz travel size bottle and that was the cheapest name brand option they sold. I didn’t but sunscreen but I did buy two bags of chips since I was there.

They also had zero employees manning the checkout registers. I had no choice but to use the self checkout register while two employees literally stood right next to me talking to each other about non work related matters.

It was way cheaper to go anywhere else and I didn’t have to bag my own products. Horrible pricing with non-existant service. The sprinklers in the parking lot were all broken as well and they were watering the blacktop pavement. So I had to walk through a mini flood on the way in and out.

I was excited to find a nice walmart here in my neighborhood. Plenty of fresh produce vegetables, meat, grocery which is what I need daily. They have plenty of selection unfortunately at the end of shopping they only have a couple of self checkout counters which resulted in this long line. Too bad it could have been a good place to do weekly grocery.

Overall it’s clean and wide variety of options with decent pricing. But the staff is usually short here and have to wait in lines.

Decent Walmart market. Plenty of parking and usually a good selection of daily items you need. We like their ethnic food choices too. Indian, Asian, Hispanic etc. They have a basic selection to get you through till you get to the specialty market. Produce and meat are good, seems fresh and good turn over. You will probably wait a bit in line to check out but it goes fast.

  1. This Walmart is very close to my place so I come here to do grocery shopping often.

It’s pretty spacious. It’s not super clean like Sprouts or Whole foods but not too bad. Acceptable.

Price is affordable, cheaper than Safeway. For the most part, produce is pretty fresh. I’d recommend going in the morning to have more choices.

The deli department probably my least favorite. It usually takes forever for someone to help you and people work there are not really friendly.

Besides groceries, this Walmart also has Pharmacy and other stuff so it’s convenient to go to 1 place and get multiple things.

  2. So far the cleanest Walmart I visited they have a good selection of clothing good customer service as they came fast to help me with getting something down from the shelf.

  3. Much better than Tucson’s. More cashiers. Floor workers know where products are and are willing share that knowledge. Only fault is clothing seems to only cater to plus women. It would be nice if we could have “women’s” styles in smaller sizes. Overall it was a nice experience.

  4. Seen that they had a double stroller marked for $59.98 so I called to confirm since I no longer live in San Jose and they assured me they did in fact have the stroller. I drove from Modesto all the way to San Jose to purchase and when I get there they tell me that they will not honor the price because it was placed in the wrong place. It’s pretty inconvenient since I drove almost two hours away. The customer service is Terrible and the leads and store manager as well. They should honor prices that they have no matter if it’s their mistake. Some sales associate even accused me of lying and saying they did not have the strollers marked for the price so I showed them the photo I had and they still said I was lying. Management needs to do better and also train their leads and employees better.

  5. Their remodel is looking really good! The temp inside is much more comfortable…used to always be warm! And the best part is how fast check out is now! I don’t think I have had to wait since the new self check out registers have been put in!
