a month agoLately! Was so horrible! Long long line! Only 2 on the cashiers! They put returns/ exchange with purchase in one line! So never get to register before waiting at least 20 minutes! Return rules are very strict and disappointing! They refused to return my pants just because I got it from another Ross store!! I hate going to shop there! Tj max way better!3 months agoIt was Ross. Great deals. Surprise over priced shirts. A little bit of everything for everyone in the house hold. Even your dog or cat. Clean. Friendly. Parking is a little hectic. Otherwise. I’ve had some bad experiences with unhelpful or rude staff members.7 months agoI went to this store in Capitol and Aborn, in Aborn Plaza I had a bad experienced, I only purchased 1 item and it took me 45 MINUTES just to get to the register there are only 2 cashiers and the line is terrible from register to the halfway of the store, to me it is not good for the store with only 2 cashiers and a lot of customers it’s not even holiday. They should hire more people just to keep the line moving the “MANAGER” is not doing her job to hire more people for cashiers. I am not going back to that store, I’d rather go to Marshalls instead of Ross. ROSS dress for LESS it’s a LONG LINE this is not a good store……

5 months agoStore was alot more cleaner than usual. Wasn’t overwhelming with too many shoppers. Staff was friendly although a bit rushed. I’ll definitely be going back to this Ross. The Staff is much friendlier and more relaxed than the usual Ross workers.2 months agoAs you know if you can find a lot of clothes for kids grownups even animals dogs and cats there’s a section for toys and home essentials but I don’t like this story because it is relatively small and it is packed with a lot of items even if you want to walk inside and between the clothes Isle it’s not easy it’s all messy everytime You go. Close to our home so I frequent here. I love their home accessories especially the curtains. They had good instant noodles in the kitchen dept one time.
This location has drastically improved for the better. Staff are competent and kind. Line was quick. I was in and out of there and less than 10 mins . That’s a first..
Brianna was extremely rude to me. She made me less than in the fitting rooms constantly ignoring me. I left very uncomfortable with the looks I was getting. I was unsure if she was having a bad day, but it made me feel very insecure. I also heard her talking very badly about customers with another coworker who then directed themselves to checkout. Unsure who they were. Disappointed.
The lady at the fitting room needs to be fired! She is extremely rude! My 3 year old had to use the restroom. When I asked her, she gave a look and signed with her hands to go away. I also saw her talking rudely to another person. Why is such people even holding a customer-facing jobs? Is the store manager even reading these reviews?!
Security greeting people at front was really nice. They had 5 cashiers, so line was moving quick. Took off 1 star because the clothes selection was so bad at this location. Other than that, this Ross has a little of everything.
