2 months agoThis is an alright Marshall’s. It’s on the smaller side, not much in the beauty/skincare or jewelry section. They’ve got a wide selection of clothing, but it’s usually a mess.2 months agoThere should be skip the line service for people with disabilities, and pregnant women.. even customers are rude. When the customer refused to let me skip the line, I requested help from one of the associates that was close by, she said she can’t do anything. I can’t believe no one is able to help a 9 month pregnant woman who is due in two weeks.6 months agowell kept store and enjoy going there quite often. all of the new clothing is up front and I know exactly where to go and look for new arrivals. very clean store and friendly staff thanks to the management. positive attitude. 10 months agoMy favorite Marshals is the Stevens Creek store. I never know what kind of treasures, I will find. From unique Holiday decorations to Sweatshirts and T’s, I am however envious of the all the Jerseys in stock for the young Faithful. I appreciate the great service from Saraie who was our cashier. Never seen such a wonderful retail store till I came across this one.2 years agoThis is my first time to visiting this Marshalls is location have a lots of good stuffs look like they bring return products from all bay area to here I spending time more than Normal because of every thing more more fancy and I try to mix and match some think that Something that supposed to come in set alll staffs very friendly I didn’t realize people who shopping around me all employees Made me not lonely in this place. This location. Have special service when you need perfume in the the shelve employee willl open it and bring jn to cashier for you. So customer can feel have a personal shoppers but that amazing place. But after you pay everything they not allow you to bring. Cart out of place so you have to carry everything by yourself. Actually they n must carry stuffs and bring it too customer car I will if them 5 stars .2 weeks agoIts a Marshals if you’re into hunting for good deals…a month agoThis Marshall’s at Steven’s Creek and Lawrence is ok, but it is a little bit sadder and sorrier than most Marshall’s outside of San Jose Market Center on Coleman. (The one on Coleman is “avoid” at all costs!)

Loved the fact that this store was super well stocked at least the areas I was looking at. The only issue was the bathroom it was a bit messy and there was a homeless person in there and an employee was trying to get her out.
This department store is a hidden gem! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant and modern interior design. The variety of brands and products they offer is impressive, and the quality is top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable and approachable, making my shopping experience enjoyable. Whether you’re looking for fashion, home goods, or electronics, this store has it all. I highly recommend checking it out!
If you pick your item in 5 minutes you need to wait in the line for 20 minutes at least, I asked managers if they can add more cashier, she said they don’t have, 2-3 cashiers, for a long long line, slow check out, kinda wasting time
I had a pleasant experience at this Marshalls on a busy Sunday afternoon. Store was organized and clean with a great selection of merchandise. The beauty/makeup section is exceptional. They had a great selection of higher end makeup including Mac, ABH, Too Faced, Stilla, Clinique. Even long lines move quickly at this store. 10/10!
