3 months agoLove this Dollar Tree I go there every week a week. Peter the assistant manager is always friendly and smiling and says hello. I often see him sanitizing the shopping baskets and wiping shelves which shows they care about how clean their store is.a month agoThe worse dollar tree I ever been in..boxes stacked all over the store empty shelves dirty floors..you need to get supervisor to all of your store’s specially this location on ross ave….never seen dollar tree ? soo nasty and empty shelves.2 weeks ago8:50 pm and they wanna lock the doors already.2 years agoThe people at this Dollar tree are exceptionally nice it’s not their fault that their supply chain is falling short they try their hardest to keep their stuff stocked and staffed overall it was a good place to shop didn’t have everything I needed but still had a lot of things that I appreciate it 90% of their stuff is still a dollar which is awesome good job Dollar tree on Ross avenue2 weeks agoi need to get in contact with a hiring manager, you all sent me an offer but never gave me further information about when i would actually start.

2 months agoEvery last one of them you guys have got the best cash register crew in there I know they work so hard all the time probably for not a lot of money You know you guys get really busy cuz everybody wants to go to the Dollar tree We hope you guys are making what it’s worth Thank you always I come in every day for lunch fixins3 months agoI like shopping here. You can find the things you need and the store isles are not cluttered at this location. The only downside is I bought some nail polish and it’s not a good brand4 months agoI just left the store I have never had so much bad experience with a cashier she need to be gone she has 0 customer service if I was her manager she will be gone long ago that is not a way to treat customers4 months agoIf I could give it 0 stars I would, left the shopping cart where all of the others were and the rude cashier made me place it someplace else because “she had to, yeah” is what she said. Extremely unorganized, very dirty. DO NOT COME TO THIS Dollar Tree.3 months agoThe store manager and cashiers are very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. This store needs a whole new staff and makeover. I will never shop at this location again.

Prices are now up to $1.25 from $1. Still a great bargain when you know what to pick up. Lovely assortment of snacks and household items. One of my favourite stores to shop. My kids love it there too.
Had interaction with 3 store employees. 2 bad one good. The 2 bad I had asked them if they had a specific item in stock in the back and they replied WHAT YOU SEE ON THE SHELF IS WHAT WE HAVE. so basically absolutely refused to go check. The third employee was working the checkout was very friendly I asked her to double bag my purchase she had already double bagged it and asked WOULD YOU LIKE FOR ME TO TRIPLE BAG IT FOR YOU? I thought that was a very nice offer but I was happy that it was already double bagged before I asked her to do so. THOSE OTHER 2 EMPLOYEES NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
I don’t shop much here but always get whatever i want from here.
