2 months agoHonestly have never had a pleasant encounter with the employees here, but this one takes the cake. The man helping with my exchanges/returns was so incredibly rude. I find it is always best to kill people with kindness. Usually gets your farther, but this guys was just awful. My boyfriend was standing off to the side and when I went to the back to grab something heard him and the girl talking about me and making fun of me. He was about to go intervene when I told him to stay back and it wasn’t worth it. Well I had to go back up to the desk to reorder something. So this guy had another chance to right his wrong and be nice, but chose to be rude (yet again). I work in customer service so I try and be mindful of what they go through, but there’s also an expectation of base level kindness. Do better. Just because you’re miserable working on a Sunday doesn’t mean you need to attempt to ruin other people’s day.2 months agoStaff was extremely rude and judgmental. Offered no help and spoke to me as if I was stupid. I have spent thousands of dollars at lululemon; and was extremely disappointed with this location. Don’t waste your time here and go straight to north park9 months agoI usually come to this store and usually most employees are nice but today the guy that was at the register was extremely unprofessional and rude. He asked me if I needed a shopping bag for my items.. (wells yes do you expect me to carry them outside w/o a bag?) Gave me the smallest bag when I had purchased a jacket. He did not take the sensor out of one of the items I bought and seemed annoyed that the alarm went off and claimed there were 2 sensors (I tried the jacket on and there was only 1) Will never come back to this location and go to North park. Employees are a lot nicer and respectful there. The employee was wearing an Orange Texas shirt.9 months agoI rarely write negative reviews, but I’ve had it. I don’t understand how people can be so rude. I was at the store purchasing an item and the man at the register couldn’t have been more put off. I don’t get it. If you don’t want to deal with people, work somewhere else. Retail is not for you.

We will always go back for more shopping!2 years agoWas quickly able to find items on the sale rack that fit me. I was able to get a fitting room quickly and was assisted quickly at checkout. They also made sure I tried the items on before leaving since sale items are final. Love the reusable gift bags. My Hispanic friend purchased a bag and the cashier claimed to be “looking for sensors” in every single crevice of the bag, even patting down the paper filling. Why would a store hide sensors so deeply in the product when employees are suppose to remove them?? And as an employee shouldn’t they already know where the sensors are located? She was clearly assuming that my friend was trying to steal something. This is her first and last lulu purchase, at least at this store.
Yesterday, was my first and last time at Lululemon store. The lady at the register has clearly never seen a hispanic person was just staring at me. She was very rude and not friendly at all
Jaimé was amazing and spent nearly half an hour looking for a particular pant color and size. The staff here are so friendly. Will definitely be coming back and recommending my clients here.
Nice store and size for lululemon that has a lot in stock for men. They are also very organized and easy to find items.
Ugh, it was so annoying! I really wanted those pants, but they were stained. I asked an employee if there were more, and she said they had 3 in the back. But then she comes back and tells me they’re all gone! Can you believe it? So, I decided to ask the cashier, and guess what? They actually had some in the back! It was frustrating dealing with those rude and inconsistent employees, but at least I finally got the pants I wanted.
