4 weeks agoThis is a great supermarket, modern, spacious and staffed by what feels like a well managed team.
The site is right near a retirement village and the clientele are kind and thoughtful of others.
The car park outside is a little awkward but still better than some local alternatives

Got given menthol and because I had opened the packet you wouldn’t exchange or refund. Even though none smoked or touched as soon as I saw the white tip I brought the straight back.The lady has served me 20+ for the same order, I’m surprised she doesn’t know my order off by heart
I explained I don’t smoke menthol period and they said not our problem
So due to thier error I’m $40 out of pocket with smokes I don’t smoke.

Always really artistic and well stocked displays near the deli, I’m constantly “wowed” by the creativeness.
All in all a plesent shopping experience.

a month agoDefinitely never had an issue here. Sometimes I feel like they don’t have stock(fresh fruits and vegetables) as much as the other stores. Clean and tidy as much as one can hope. Customer service is good most of the time, some you get that it comes across as they don’t want to be there. But butsides that I would go there often. I hope this review helps, if it does can you please give a thumbs up.2 weeks agoI give this place a 5/5. I did a click/collect order as well to the boot. Was pretty good and quick. No complaints about service yet, helpful staff and lay out of tore is spacious.
I think this is a very conveniently located Woolies. Only problem is the parking…only one way in and out, which is sometimes so busy due to schooling hours as well.
in the last weekWhoever thought it was a good idea to put the main road in the car park right in front of the store, that lots of people need to cross causing chaos, should be SHOT. The store is ok, not the greatest for choice.3 months agoHad a lovely experience looking for a certain Easter egg, had been to a couple of stores. When I asked Maddi if they had any she had told me they had sold out but had called another local store to find out if they had any left. Thanks maddi your a champ! Staff are professional but always human and I just love the smiles I get when I go there..
Shelves are well stocked and easy to find the products you need
Easy to enter the store especially for disabled people and Mums with prams..

Good location friendly staff and the international isle are always stocked with goodies that make you remember the good times back home. For some many many moons ago. Home is now Australia!
First time shopping here.. Very friendly helpful staff. The store is spotless and very well stocked.. car parking was easy!! Kavesh helped me find a pie I was looking for.. he didn’t give up until he found it!! Excellent service! ?
Usually good stock and easy to find what you want. Staff are helpful if you ask for assistance. Happy to check out the back if what you are looking for is not on the shelf.
Self serve check outs are clean, and there is always a staff member there to help if you need to put through quantities or something goes wrong.
I’ve been regularly shopping at this store for at least the last 6 years, and casually prior to that.
Never had an issue with the staff or quality of service.
Witnessed a supervisor (blonde hair, tattoos) being really rude to a young high school student asking to do work placement. It doesn’t take much to be kind, even if there’s no spots available, yelling across the counter and embarrassing the boy wasn’t necessary.
Very friendly staff. I was visiting.loved the layout . Wish I had a shopping centre like this. Well done ?✅
