a month agoI love the clothes so comfortable. Expensive but worth it. All customer service staff is great except for one girl. I cannot remember her name but while I was trying on pants and asked for a smaller size her response was “really? You don’t want it too tight.” I felt so uncomfortable asking for an even smaller size again, so I just returned at a different date and realized I’m actually a 10 there, not the 14 that she was trying to put me in and question me on. She could use a little training on non petite bodies. I’m only a 10/12 US sizing and I can’t imagine how she would treat someone if they were larger.6 months agoI recently visited the UTC store and had a great experience. Better than any other time thanks to CARLOS. He help my daughter and I for a while. He was extremely patient, very knowable, professional and friendly. 🙂3 years agoLoved this store!! My daughter was given a couple pairs of leggings for Christmas we needed to exchange (size and fit a problem), and I wasn’t sure how it would go. Paul helped us find exactly what would work, and also had a another employee (similar size and build as my daughter) check to make sure the fit was right. I was a little intimidated walking in, since we had never shopped there before, but everyone was very nice and welcoming. I ended up buying a pair for myself because it was such a great experience. We will definitely be shopping here again.3 months agoI visited the UTC store a few weeks ago and was greeted by very friendly employees who helped me find the exact piece that I needed that fit me like a glove!5 months agoI had an excellent experience here! I had made some online purchases but was unsure about sizes, styles, best colors & the right fit etc… She took time with me, was patient, going above & beyond her call of duty to assist me. Cory remembered us from our last visit where we were looking for pants for our wedding party and approached me to let me know that she had thought about us and if we bought 10+ pairs we might be able to get a discount (!). Then, as I went to purchase a pair of align pants the cashier let me know there was a pair on the “made too many” rack that was really similar, which I ended up getting. Had an exchange- two days after Christmas. Long line. Couldn’t find the color and size I wanted. The very friendly associate helped me find them! Yes!! The long line took less than five minutes, the exchange seamless! The quality of the merchandise is excellent- hence the pretty stiff prices. Be sure to get Military discounts!
Amazing service from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave lululemon. Very helpful workers, working the clothing floors and behind the registers. It seem like there wasnt a worker in the store, that wasn’t smiling or greeting each customer. It was, as if, they enjoyed their jobs, making my shopping experience very enjoyable.
Don’t take your women in there unless you want to go broke, they love this place and would buy everything, so father/ husbands beware gonna cost you. Just kidding a very good place to shop
I’ll be the first to say that shopping here on a Saturday morning gives Costco energy – it can feel a little stressful only because there are quite a few guests all shopping at the same time. However the staff here are top notch. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Helpful.
I got (5) pairs of my Pacebreakers hemmed (had been putting it off because I didn’t want to go without my training shorts at the gym) but I finally stopped in and Haley helped me with my alternations request. She was so attentive and communicated clearly how the process worked and even remembered me by name when I came back to pick my shorts up here. I also had a few different versions of the shorts and she was patient with me as I decided exactly what I wanted to alter.
In a time where there’s a lot of options for athletic wear – I’m a loyal Lulu Lemon customer because their fabric and quality is the best, but also their service. Having worked at Nordstrom way back in the day, I remember just how much that impacts a customer’s perception…and it has on mine.
