I needed help with a recommendation of which item to by and it took while to find anyone to help me. The girls didn’t seem to care to help and overall it wasn’t the experience I was expecting. I am very happy with my purchase though ! The store was clean and it looks like they do a great job maintaining. The gal checking me out was a bit more conversational but I would have probably bought more / spent more time in there if it didn’t seem as intimidating to get help.9 months agoAgree with the comments below saying the staff was rude. I Was being helped by the staff member Lucy at check out who was beyond rude. Extremely disappointing to have such a negative, miserable, rude employee at this store. Definitely gives the company a bad reputation having a staff member with this energy as the “manager”. For anyone who shops at or who’s spouses or family shop at Lululemon you might want to rethink supporting them after this…. Yesterday while working at Polaris Mall my partner and I were standing near the store, not near the door not blocking anything just near the entire storefront. The store manager came out and very aggressively demanded that we leave and stated that it’s their company policy they they do not have police in or near their establishments. Again we were in public space on property not owned or controlled by them what so ever. If our presence near their store in uniform is a violation of policy then clearly we should not be supporting them what so ever by shopping there.

I’ve been in this location twice and both experiences were phenomenal. The staff were very helpful, I was able to find what I’m looking for. Only minor problem I had were the store space, I felt crammed like a sardine in this location where the one I go to in Indianapolis is very spacious.
If I could give 1000 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Sarah, the assistant store manager, was incredible to work with. She was prompt with all of our conversations when discussing our corporate order, attentive to every moving piece, and just an overall delight. She is legitimately meant to do exactly what she is doing. The store was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will visit the store over and over again because of the service and experience we had.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thank you again for going above and beyond, Sarah, it is SO appreciated!

Great selection and high quality products. Of course they can be a little expensive but they last forever so it’s worth it in the long run. Store can get pretty busy at times so plan ahead.
I have a feeling that LuLu’s customer service is downgrading like most other retail stores out there. With that said, after several visits to the Polaris location, this location has regained my trust in LuLu as a brand. Mackenzie did a fantastic job using her time, patients, and care to help me out with some products that I purchased in the past. This was also at a time where the store was packed. I will be returning soon as a repeat customer with a new outlook on the brand.
